Foreign travel not fructifying even when offered on platter

I need your advice on two aspects: related to foreign travel and

career.

 

In last two years I have got umpteen chances to go on foreign trip

however I have not been able to make even one. In fact I have desire

to

go out but when such opportunities arise I say NO to them. I am not

sure why it is happening. Even now, couple of good job offers are

under

discussion however seeing the past trend I am not sure how things

will

take shape.

 

In last 7 years I have changed 5 jobs. Although all of them have been

good remuneration wise but I am not sure I found them attractive

enough

to continue with them. Even now I feel the same way. I am not able to

balance my requirement.

 

My question is:

 

1. Can I ever go on foreign visit or be employed outside India?

Somebody told me that I may land up in trouble whenever I visit.

 

2. Whether and when I may get stability & satisfaction in job.
