How to improve financial position (for Shyam Sundar)

It sounds like you got involved in a risky type of investment.

Nonetheless, the borrowers of your money are similar to your

associates, since they are using your money in return for paying you

interest. If they are not paying their interest, then you have

grievance against them. You have the right to enforce the guarantees

on the loan agreement. You should read your loan agreement and

determine what is your legal option in cases of nonpayment.

 

You cannot sit idle and hope for these borrowers to pay your money

back. You must take action. This is the only way you can get your

money back. My original recommendation still stands.

 

If the loan agreement did not specify your legal rights in cases of

nonpayment, then you have no legal basis to do anything. You have

entered into a very risky investment and there is no recourse.
