Guest guest
Dear friend In my humble opinion, the purpose of jyotish can be summarised as follows: 1. If a human does not make any effort and takes things as they come, such persons notify that all humans are puppets with strings in the hands of the planets. 2. However, god has given brains only to humans and also the power to do and undo things notwithstanding what is written in their fate or destiny when it was written by brahma before their birth. 3. Jyotish helps the person as to what planets are driving him where, what would be his future ahead. 4. Once a person knows why he is getting bad things or why he is not getting better things despite his best efforts, he can do things to please those planets or invoke the grace of a particular god and get what he wants. This is precisely the reason why this forum is named Jyotish Remedies. In other words, this forum suggests remedies based on jyotish knowledge to get better things for persons and also to get away with problems for the suffering. Jagannathan, Sri Visti, and Sri K. N. Rao and other luminaries whose names I do not know Q1. What is the purpose of Jyotish - to help realize oneself (the subject matter of Veda) or to see the future (predictions) or any other? Give reasons please. Thanks and Regards Bharat ~! Guest guest
Namaskaar Sri Arjun In other words, you are suggesting Jyotish is a means of getting what we want? Do other astrologers and members agree with this? Guest guest
Dear Bharat, If I may interrupt for a second ... No, I think that Jyotish is a means (note, I did not say 'the' but "a") for getting what we *need* and also "a" means for KNOWING what we need! As directed in the other places where you posted this request, I do hope you will take the time to read some of what I wrote elsewhere on this. This is really not a topic that can be effectively discussed through messages and emails ;-) RR , "bharateiya" <bharateiya> wrote: > Namaskaar Sri Arjun > > In other words, you are suggesting Jyotish is a means of getting what > we want?
