InderVohra

Dear Mark,

I have following to say:

1] In the state of Pure Conciousness, astrology or planetary

configuerations are not relevant.

In Samadhi one is in the state of ZERO or merged with entire Universe.

My point here, is that the experience of inner expansion of awareness, can

have a

very real and powerful effect on ourselves, and our Planetary

configurations.

My Guru told me, in India, "don't take your chart's like they're written in

stone, they're just the state of Physiology at birth."

I've thought about this for a very long time, and now, I understand that the

Planet's and their configurations, represent the present status of our

nervous system's and our evolution, at birth, and at every point of our

evolution.

Being able to go to that transcendental field, as meditation, and

consciousness

expansion, is probably the #1, Vedic remedy that can help us in the deepest

way imaginable.

My experience is that, 'that' experience, can help people with all the

trials & tribulations of our 'Astrological' situations.

2] I am not sure whether Saturn believes in fate or Jupiter. But very

funningly here in India 100% of people believe in Bhagya or fate.

And it was Jupiter ( Pundit ji or Gurus) who spread this to all of us as

part of religion or culture.

I'd certainly agree with 'that' that India believe's so much in term's of

fate.

But, this is my point, that this inclination is a problem

Again, my Indian Guru, of Transcendental Meditation movement, His Holiness

Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, has spent all of his adult life, teaching and

bringing out

the virtues and benefits of all Vedic Knowledge.

However, one of his central points is that India has fallen into this

viscious trap, of fate, and lack of understanding about Life's possibilities

of Transformation.

(Check out his translation of the Bhagavad-gita for a wonderful explanation

as to the "loss & revival" of Knowledge which has been going on in India,

and throughout the world, for millenium.

This tendency, to not believe that one can change one's future or fate, is

at the heart of a deep lethargy and misunderstanding as to the nature of

Reality.

3]Freewill versus Destiny is a question which haunts so many people. I dont

know why.

We should rather explore it, if we can but should not get perturbed by it.

It should 'hanut' or concern us. Because depending upon how we see this

very important aspect of life; determine's our vigourousness related to life

and evolution.

Personally I've found a strong quality of Saturn in those people who tend to

see,

'that' aspect of life.

Whereas, those who believe more in opportunity, change and possibility of

growth; have stronger Jupiter's.

4] In my opinion with our existing concepts of Conciousness -Time - Space,

this puzzle is unsolvable.

I would agree, to this! heehe. I've seen so many people argueing their

points of views, and without any resolution. I just thought it would be

interesting for people

to hear, from my experience,....

what happen's when you begin to add the possibility of inner, consciousness

expansion.

Not only does one start to experience, that more free, un-caused, inner

Consciousness reality, but then, one's interaction's with the World, full of

all it's causal relations, does become better!

5] So we should try enjoy both Freewill and Destiny, as much as it is

available to us.

I'd also agree, that both these aspects of life exist. And, even though the

human

intellect does have a hard time, sometimes, wrapping around this concept, in

truth,

it may be that these are both true qualities of life.

Freedom, and causality,....being and becoming...

Absolute, and relative...

Unbounded,....and boundries....

Nice talking with you,

Sincerely,

Mark Kincaid
