My name is Vijay Venkatraman. I need your help. My birth details are

as follows:

 

Date of birth: October 13, 1983

Time of birth: 15:45:00 hours i.e. 3:45 PM

City of birth : Cuttack, Orissa

 

I have got admission from a very reputed university in the USA. I

was told in the admission letter that I was being offered financial

assistance. Now, when I check with this university, they tell me

that I will not be offered financial assistance and that it's

mention in the admission letter was a mistake! Yes, hard to believe,

but it's true! Thinking that this reputed university is giving me

aid, I proceeded to reject aid offers from lower rank universities.

Now, I have no option but to attend this university. I have written

to the department explaining this situation and requesting that some

sort of financial aid be given to me as they are responsible for

this mistake. Without financial aid, I will have to borrow money

from my paternal uncle in Canada. If I do so, then obtaining the

student VISA will be very difficult. And I am starting to think

whether it's in my fate to go abroad at all. I am getting really

worried.

 

Here's my question: My Visa Interview is on July 22, 2005. The time

of interview is likely to be in the region of 9:00 AM - 12 PM. Will

I get the VISA?

 

Thanks in advance. I have not included chart details as I am sure

that all the gurus have software to plot the charts.
