Yay, Rick!  Keep up the fish!

I'm traveling and can't possibly keep up with all the posts

on this subject, but have read a few.

Some thoughts:

Surya, you're just a young whippersnapper;-).  It's easy

to be a healty vegetarian when you're young.  Come and

see me when you're 55 or so.

Last year at the New England Devi Bhava Amma totally

shocked me by saying, "You haven't aged a day

in ten years!"  Once I recovered from the shock, I

told her that was because I took after my

Mother!  Then we had to hug and kiss each other

some more 'cause we love each other sooo much.

Anyway, the point of this little vignette is that

I don't think Amma would have been complementing

me on my youthful appearance if she disapproved

of my diet:-).  But what do I know?

As ever,

Jyolsna
