Basics:

 

1) fruits of your choice; some of our favorites are blueberries(***),

mangoes, apples, bananas; oranges; papay, etc

 

2) Romaine Lettuce; or another leafy green of your choice; avocadoes

are good also

Some additional options:

 

3) flax seeds or walnuts for the beneficial omega oils

4) Green Blends Powder from Earthrise; or your favorite brand

5) Probiotic; we use Jarro-Dophilus Powder

6) Ginger; especially during winter

7) normally we use water but unsweetened soymilk  may work for some;

SOYMILK is supposedly good especially for the ladies

8) Soy-Yogart
