I've been vegetarian since 1972 and have never been to a doctor. (I'm 56) I

just had blood tests done and came out normal on everything. I hardly ever

get flu or colds. I eat a pretty healthy vegetarian diet, but am not fussy

about it. I eat dairy every day and don't avoid sugar, but I don't consume

much of it. In the last year, I've started eating fish occasionally. In

fact, we're having it for lunch today.
