To answer your question, I'd not recomend any 'meditation' to do, when in a Car or bus. My Maharishi, says, that practicing any techniques of meditation or contemplation, while moving, whether in a car, bus, or walking, is not good for the mind. These sorts of things, Maharishi says, "Divides the mind, and even breaks down the natural coordination between the mind & body." And, sense, development of Consciousness depends on the increase of integration between body and mind, this is why I don't recomend it. Just some quicl lessons for us,I am already doing a Meditation,such as reciting Mnatra.I would like to know your method. I think I must have told you I practice this TM technique which also uses a mantra. The key, is not only to have a good, 'right' mantra, but especially how to think it, in a natural and effortless way, so that it automatically, gives way, to transcending...
