Dear Rao,

 

To undestand how KAS works you have to download lessons and go

through them throughly and also download the worksheet which takes

into account so many things and read up the archives of the

following group. It is not a small thing.

For understanding a system one needs to understand the basics and

Ashtakavarga quite an advanced topic as you must be quite aware of.

 

In my opinion it is for those who understand Vedic Astrology quite

well can then utilize the power of Ashtakavarga to time events with

very good accuracy (there has been known to be 13 days difference)

 

I would not expect anyone to just study 2 charts solved with KAS and

Ashtakavarga and think anyone would understand this detailed

system. I dont want to or have any intention to make a joke of this

sacred science of Jyotish Shastra.

 

For studying many charts and the technique one should refer to the

Archives and see how one uses the technique if that is the intent

which is to learn KAS. A system like KAS cant be explained in 1 or

2 mails which I am sure you know. The group again for those

seriously interested is as follows.

Ok that being said I shall make my sincere attempt on this chart as

I am only a student.

 

Here is my analysis.

 

Krushnas Ashtakavarga System is used for analysis.

Krushnas Ayanamsa Value for 22nd Oct 1967 is 22:30:12.

 

Degree of Planets using Krushnas Ayanamsa are as follows.

Some basic points in this chart.

 

1) 2 zeroes in SAV. viz - a - viz. Mars having 0 power in 8th and

Mercury having 0 power in the 9th house. Notice carefully that

these are 2 contigious houses.

 

With this make up of a chart when Sa or Ma transit natives 8th and

9th house there will be prolonged period of worries. For Sa it will

be 5 years. These 2 houses are Aries and Taurus.

 

In Early 1998 Sa started its transit over Aries for 2.5 years and

then over Taurus for 2.5 years. That being said mars moves much

faster than Sa would have transitted over Aries and Taurus for

example May 1998 when both Sa and Ma were Transitting a house with 0

points. During this time worries would have aggrivated.

 

Yes, now the native says that since Ju MD started in Sept 2000 at

that time Ju/Ju second sector (1/3rd portion) of the antra was

running. Guru is natural karak for 5th and 2nd and Functional

Karak for 12th and 9th house.

 

>From the points you can see that Guru has good power for all houses

except 8th and 4th. So worries will be there coming from these

houses. When Guru's antra ends on 2001/nov.

 

The native has said that the worries enhance after Sept 2001 but if

this time is right to the dot then I would say that worries would

start to enhance to much higher amplitude or say in quantum only

after November 2001 i.e. once Sa starts. Now there is a gap of 2

months. However without any pervious data I am not venturing into

that much rectification.

 

Now after that Shani antra started and this is where problems have

enhanced.

 

>From the power that I have printed up. You can see that Shani has

less power for 3rd house, 6th house, 10th house.

 

Parakram (3rd house), Social Status, Court cases, Enemies, Job etc

(6th house) and Authority (10th house). All are showing problems.

Keep and bear in mind in the back ground that Sa is transitting a

house with 0 points too.

 

The native had to close his business during this time. So loss of

authority (10th), problems with job and health and even court cases

say in short 6th house matters and also the native might get very

temperemental during this time 3rd house. This is quite clear and

straight forward and ofcourse environemtn also not supporting

(Transit of Sa over 0 points and Ma also).

 

Is it surprising that natives worries have enhanced. Its quite

clear from studying how Shani will act for all 12 houses at a glance.

 

Period of Shani was from 2001/nov thru 2004/jun.

 

After that antra of 2nd lord has started i.e. Mercury. Mercury is

placed in 2nd house with 6 bindus. Peiod of 2nd lord or planets in

2nd house with more bindus in SAV i.e greater than 4 gives more

worries and unnecessary tention and worries. Also toothaches.

 

>From the points you can see that Mercury has less points i.e. less

than 12 for 11th house (11) and as compared to 12th house

(expenses) which are 18. At the same time 2nd house is showing

less power too i.e 10 points for mercury. 2nd is family and wealth.

 

This period will go till 2006/sept. So here is another case which

shows how antra of 2nd lord will act and here more worries for

income and also family members or wealth. But more worries and

tootaches.

 

Next antra after that is that of Ketu. Ketu is in 2nd house and

Samdharmi to lord and nakshatra where its placed in. Again Ke is SD

to Venus who is 2nd lord so agian period of more worries. Again if

u study the power of Ve u can see it has only 4 points in WS for

11th and 20 for 12th so much higher expenses than income. The

native must also take care of his health during this time. There is

less power for Ve for 6th house.

 

After Ke antra is over in 2007/Aug antra of Venus starts. Again 2nd

lords antra........ so more worries etc... this period will end

2010. Again native should take care of his health and job.

Dear Ash and Raghu Rao,

I am trying to get more data from the native. I really appreciate

the detailed analysis done by Ash and i was reaching similar

conclusions few days ago..Now is there any hope/optimism/directions

for this native to get better results in Mercury, Ketu and Venus

antaras?? Well expenses are appearing to be always greater than

income until 2010, but then the native has high points for 4th and

5th houses for Mercury, Venus and Saturn..that implies that his

strong investments in landed properties and stocks, mutual funds,

bank deposits etc can potentially generate good financial results in

Sun antara starting in 2010...Ofcourse simultaneously that also

means heavy expenses to maintain properties and other investments

until such favorable time comes up.Business is supported by Jupiter,

Mercury, Sun and Venus in his chart(high points for 7th house) but

due to heavy expenses involved it will be better to go for a

job/service.Also job is supported by Mercury, Jupiter and Sun(high

points for 6th house). Well astrology was meant to give some

positive directions, so someything favorable to native must emerge

under such tough circumstances i.e., there should be some hope for

the future always. I am still trying to understand various aspects

of this chart. Hope to get your valuable comments so as to help the

native.

 

 

Also Thanks to Raghu Bhai for taking interest in KAS system and

motivating Ash to take up this chart. I am still learning KAS

techniqies myself.

Namaste Rajesh and Ash,

 

That was a brillian analysis and I can understand and agree

with you fully, that one has to understand the basics of this

KAS system, for that matter any dasa system including Narayana

Dasa, Tithi Pravesh or Vimsottari Dasa etc.,

 

I also agree with you both, that People won't get the expertise

just like that on any Dasa system, one has to understand and

practice the pricipls of any method on many charts. I will surely

study this method one day and take your help that time.

 

If you do not mind to do the following for me:

 

1) Please change the birth time of this native to 5:28 AM as this

time will put the native's Navamsa Lagna to Cn and Dasamsa lagna

to Sg.

 

2) Also Please change the birth time to 5:14 AM as this will keep

the Navamsa Lagna as to Sg but the Dasama Lagna will be Li.

 

As you know the above time changes will make the D-9 and D-10

related predictions quite different based on other methods. So I

would like to know ( very genuinely ) how this KAS system will

react to those time differences. Please spare some time and

write to us as an exercise to know more about this KAS method.

Dear Rao and Rajesh,

 

Just a clarification. KAS is not a dasha system. In KAS we use

Ashtakavarga and find the power for all 7 planets for all 12 house.

Vimshottari Dasha is used and only starting from Moon is how the

life will unfold based on the power of planets that has been

calculated.

 

Ashtakavarga and the Worksheet that is derived from SAV and it

considers other things given such as 4:10 relationship, aspects of

planets, aspects of 6th lord or 12th from house under consideration

etc etc i.e using a lot of parameters are used to finally arrive at

the actual power of planet which was derived from the worksheet and

pasted. That in itself is a huge thing.

Just ponder over this statement that I have written.

 

There are so many techniques given to us by Maharishis.

Ashtakavarga being one and probably the most ignored one and it

maybe due to the amount of time that was needed to do allthe

computations by hand pre-computer time.

 

With my conversations with Krushnaji I learnt that it used to take 3

days just to cast one chart and find the power of all planets for

all 12 houses, and then cast the Basic power (which is in the

worksheet that can be downloaded from http://krushna.sageasita.com)

for all 16 D charts after rectification before one could even think

of venturing into giving a prediction. This was the conviction and

effort that was needed to make a prediction using Ashtakvarga.

 

For those Astrologers who have / had taken this as a profession u

can imagine would have a hard time feeding their families.

 

The knowledge of Ashtakavarga in the texts is also not complete in

my opinion despite most of the Maharishis having reference to

Ashtakavarga.

 

Ashtakavarga is very precice. The results can be denoted by numbers

and there is not ambiguity no if then else buts.

 

Rajesh must have casted the worksheet and so did I and we both

worked on the premise after knowng the power of planet for all 12

house and would come to very similar final deductions or answer.

 

Mostly 2 astrologers who use KAS will come to the same conclusion.

This is a rare thing. Rao, you have seen enough of stuff happening

on so many lists which is best left for experience.

 

So I am not surprised when Rajesh and I will come to the same

conclusion and with conviction.

 

Yes only special things like Venus in particular nakshatra like

Krittika, aadra and moola, distance of venus to sun, Guru in libra

etc such laws u wont find in any book are considered seperately as

they cant be considered in the worksheet.

 

Ok, coming to your point of adjusting the birth time etc to get

particular navamsa, dashamsa etc for that I need many events of

life. First of all I do not like to touch any chart unless the

person is in need of help, and past data must be given so as to

verify the birth time and put in all my effort in first making sure

of all that first before going into prediction. The native should

also give proper feedback over time otherwise it cant help me learn.

 

The power of the planets are found from Rasi only which is used for

timing.

 

We also find the power in all d-charts but there we consider only

Basic Strength i.e. power of the planset for karak, phal and phalit

sthans only.

 

Say if u are seeing child birth and its a male chart and from the

power in the worksheet that we got from Rasi we can see that planet

of 10th or 2nd lord is running and it has good power i.e. more than

12 in worksheet and the status of the planet is not spoilt then

there will be child birth. For that I do not have to check

Saptamsa. I can then make a prediction of child birth and narrow

the conception period. For female chart lessons are given and based

on the ladys chart her running age and the proper nakshtra one can

also indicated the sex of the child. From the worksheet we can find

the good periods.

 

Yes now if there is any doubts and u need clarity then one can find

out the power of planets in saptamsa using the Worksheet casted for

Saptamsa. So again we check the latent power of planet for the

respective D chart.

 

 

So the approach to finding power of planets are different. As per

Ashtakavarga we automatically consider all yogas including their

contras. The power is based on relative positionning of planets

w.r.t each other and the lagna and hence Ashtakvarga or 8.

 

In any case I cant write the full theory here but there as its very

detailed and i do not have that much time at my hands right now.

 

I think I have given clear prediction of the past and near future

but unverified. This is something I am not comfortable with as I

feel that I am not doing justice to this Shastra.

It is much easier when a person is in front of you and then u can

confirm things right then and there and then venture into

predictions.

 

As per your last request to explain KAS methodology my suggestion is

to join the astrologytimingevent group and see how so many charts

have been solved with proper events of the past being given and

proper and timely feedback given also.

I did not write about your mail as you have done a brilliant

analysis and have added a few things that I did not write about too

like investments etc.

Now I just hope that the native gives good feedback and thereby we

Yes only thing which I am sure you saw was the study of Sa and ju

poiints and transit of Sa and Ma over 0 points along with Points and

WS. Even 2nd lords antra and so many planets are SD to 2nd lord and

place in 2nd house with more points.

four months because of office politics and health problems.

d)Right now I am umeployed.

 

4) Marital Status : I am umarried.

 

Besides this I would also like to mention something regarding the

legal problem that I am facing right now.

My brother purchased a house in my name. Then he rented it out to

company. The rent agreement was in my name only. The house was

purchased in August 1999. It was rented out on October 1999 for a

period of two years. After completion of two years the company

refused

to vacate the flat. So I had to put up a case against them. The

court

has given judgement in my favour on 1st, February 2005. Inspite of

the

judgement they still refuse to vacate the flat. They stopped paying

rent also.

Right now I have no job and this legal problem has left me peniless.

Now I have now money of my own.

Dear Rajesh,

 

You are very humble. I have seen you give some amazing predictions

in the past using KAS and so many people have written back giving

positive feeback of how exactly your predictions have come true and

yes we all are students and I guess forever be students of this vast

shastra.

 

Yes the native has tough combinations but the big thing is that you

are able to see it clearly and thereby tell the native to hang in

there. There are also good points in the chart.

 

For example The natives Shani and Guru points will go to 12 after

May 2005. That is very high. That will help the native too by

making the environment start to work in her favour and at the same

time Shani and Mars will have left her house with 0 points in SAV.

 

Its quite rare to have a chart with 2 continous house in SAV to have

0 points and by different planets and it just means prolonged

worries.

 

Here is analysis based on the natives feedback. Thanks for pointing

out that this is the chart of a lady.

 

 

 

1) Post Graduation - 1992 - 1993

 

Rahu/Ketu (Ketu is SD to Venus). Ketu is in House E (6th from 9th

house) for 9th as B so eager to give results of 9th house hence

furnished her post graduation degree.

 

 

2) Started own Cybercafe in 2000 - Jan 2003

 

Ju/Ju. Like I mentioned in my mail Ju antra is good for income but

problems will only enhance after Sa period starts.

This is confirmed here. Thank you.

 

Ok Ju has 18 points in 11th and 13 points in 12th. Howerver Sa's tr

over 0 points start and there are problems.

 

3) Started work in Call Center March 2004 for 4 months and quit due

to politics

 

Ju/Sa. Sa has 6 points for 6th house in WS. Quit just at the very

end of Sa antra. Sa antra runs from 2001/nov thru 2004/june

 

4) Current Status unemployed.

5) Legal Problems

At the same time points of 11th are 18.

Guru/Shani antra starts nov/2001. Shani has low points 6th

house, 10th and 3rd at the same time Sa is transitting

a house with 0 points. 6th house is also for court cases. Sa

has 9 points in the WS for 6th house. 11th house points

are also 12 so borderline and expenses are higher.

 

d) Rule in natives favour Feb 2005

 

Jupiter/Mercury. Mercury has 18 points for 12th house and 18

points for 6th house. However also note that Mercury is

in 2nd house with 6 bindus so again it will give good results

but it will not be without worries as you know about

antra of 2nd lord and planets in 2nd house with more bindus in

SAV.

If you also notice when the result of court case was given

Shani and Mars have exitted the house with 0 points.

Shani and Gurus total points are 9 and soon once in May 2005

when Sa crosses into Cancer the navies Shani and Jupiter

total go up to a whooping 12 !!!! Things will only go in her

favour. Yes, in Mercury antra she will get a better job in

the 3rd sector. Even hopefully in 3rd sector the renters will

also leave. Still at that time Shani and Gurus points

total in transit will be 12. So things will certainly be in
