To Mark and all fellow members,

Do any one can tell me the Can Rahu can act as a benefic in any case or it

is always a malefic.

 

 

 

Dear Anu:

 

Good question. Yes, yes, Rahu, like any planet can act benefically or

malefically.

 

Perhaps it's partly related to the age we live in. For most Rahu/Ketu, do

act malefically.

 

I find the best way that one can identify whether a planet is acting

malefically or benefically,

is to see if the positive or negative significations of that planet are

existing.

 

For Mars,...it's fighting, disagreements, or accidents.

For Saturn, it's grief, sickness, losses, grief, set-backs, frustrations,

etc.

 

For Rahu, it's compulsions, addictions, or obsessions.

 

Rahu's particular signification is that it represents our desire mechanism

or nature.

 

Those who have balance with Rahu have desires but not obsessions.

 

Where Rahu get's out of balance the malefic Rahu reflects a habit where

desires dominate,

and compulsions, addicitons and obsessions are the result.

To all members,

 

According to Sumeet Chugh, a published author of jyotish, Rahu and

Ketu can participate in a Dhana Yoga when these shadowy planets are

in conjunction with the lords of the 2nd and the 11th houses. Also,

the conjunction has to occur on either the 2nd and the 11th houses.
