Guest guest
Dear Demetrios: I agree! In fact it was Maharishi who got me all excited about studying Jyotish. I Was attending an ayurvedic course in India with him, in 1988, and at the very end, he mentioned, that both Jyotish & Ayurved, go together... I've also heard him say, "predictions of the future, are no good unless we have the ability to change or improve that future." What I've also found is those individuals, who are meditating, but not understanding their charts, many, have a number of frustrations which their charts can help them with. So, Jyotish is like this great advanced technique that can help people to learn how to focus their minds differently whereas, Ayurved is more about the body, and improving it's functions. I have another group on Ayurved, Jyotish & Yoga, which looks at all three areas at the same time. http://health.AyurvedJyotishYoga/ This meditation group is significant because it's focus through consciousness expansion, when combined with good, and great Jyotish, has a poweful effect on all aspects of life. This is because Jyotish is like the mind, and has in effect been likened to Vedic Psychology. take care Mark Kincaid from meditation and jyotish group: http://health.Transcend-Meditation/ > Demetrios Glykas <jgurudeva108 > Tue, 22 Mar 2005 12:26:09 -0800 (PST) > Mark Kincaid <m.kincaid > Re: 2-demetrios...: re.
