Guest guest
Jupiter rules the 3rd and 6th houses in tula rising charts. The stronger it is, the more revels in their ability to communicate and overcome their enemies. The rest of the world may think otherwise because they see the communication as choppy and with a lot of 'holdbacks' and secrecy. Obviously, the stronger the jupiter is the more pronounced the influence just described. Sometimes mythology gives us special insights. Recall ... Jupiter sent his very own son to Shukra to learn about the sanjivani vidya even if it meant wooing Devyani and the rest of the nine yards. If you read hindu mythology they have this thing about Devas being more left-brained and above emotions and some would say, above common "scruples" as well. The other side -- well, it seems more *human*! Is it documentation of truth or just fictional representation of what is desirable or was in the times when these fictions were written? sorry if I am rattling any pious cages! Guest guest
Hello Tarun. There is a very good book written by Dr. L.R. Chawdhri, called "The fascinating Jupiter" that deals with the specific question that you raised regarding the role of Jupiter for Tula Lagna people. In general, since 3rd and 6th houses are malefic, Jupiter is termed as malefic, BUT "Bhavartha Ratnakar" deals with Tula lagna and I quote from Dr. Chawdhri's book " Triteeya Shashthanaathopi Guruyogaprado Bhavet" which means despite being lord of the 3rd and 6th Jupiter is capable of producing yogas for tula lagna people. Please read the book i possible , because its truly fascinating if you are student of astrology. The individual results of Jupiter during his Mahadasa will vary depending on position, location and association with other planets. However in general Jupiter's dasha will bring forth in a very general way all of his significations such as righteous conduct, honoring Brahmins, auspicious functions, teaching and learning professions, family, children and good position and respect. Again, the magnitude of these significations will vary based on sign and position. regards.
