MS ji,

 

I went through your brother's chart. But, before I go any

further, let me say that the decision is left to the concerned

person, who has to independently judge about if he should or not

go into his own business. This decison has to be taken keeping

in mind various non-astrological considerations.

 

For business, one has to consider the following houses:

 

House#1 - General indications: Budha, as Lagnadipati Uccha

in Lagna, gives Bhadra Yoga, and this is a good plus point, not

only for business, but for life in general. Budha's Shadvarga

Vimshopak is 15.95, and the Bhava Bala of the 1st house, at 11.2

rupas, is the strongest, so this indicates overall well-being.

[iI] House#2 - Money: Sukra, the lord of the 2nd, is in his own

house, and this promotes wealth. But, aspect of the 8th lord

Kuja could minimize the potential a little.

[iII] House#6 - Debts: The lord of this house, Sani, is in the

10th, and eclipsed by Ketu. This house is also aspected by the

12th lord Surya, and this diminishes the power of this house. A

weak 6th house and afflicted 6th house lord indicate that one

doesn't suffer much from debts and enemies.

[iV] House#8 - Obstruction: Kuja, the lord of the 8th, is in the

8th, and so obstructions, defeats ,etc, which concern the 8th

house, are minimized.

[V] House#9 - Luck: This house is subject to Papa Katari Yoga by

Kuja and Sani/Ketu, but the lord Sukra is strong, so luck is not

absent.

[VI] House#10 - Career: This house is occupied by Sani, and this

has a slightly delaying impact, but the overall strength of

Budha, the lord of this house, indicates a generally good

career.

[VII] House#11 - Profits - The lord of this house, Chandra, has

a Shadvarga Vimshopak of 17, and this makes him highly

beneficial. This house, however, is subject to Papa Katari Yoga

by Surya and Sani/Ketu, and so profits may not be as high as

expected.

[VIII] House#12 - Loss - Surya, as the lord of the 12th in the

12th, destroys some of the significances of this house.

Additionally, Sani also aspects this house, causing further

destruction, and thus minimizes losses.

Your brother is running Budha Dasa [Aug 1993 - Aug 2010] and

Rahu Bukti [Feb 2003 - Sep 2005]. Budha is aspected by Chandra,

who is in Badakastana, and also by Badakadipati Guru, so there

could be some dilution of an otherwise excellent Dasa. Rahu is

aspected by Sani, and Sani is partially benefic because he is a

Trikonadipati.

Overall, in my humble opinion, the indications seem to suggest

general prosperity. However, please ask your brother to

determine if he has the requisite skills for business before

venturing out on his own.

Budha and Guru provide good protection. But the Karma Nakshtra

(10), though saved by Budha, is occupied by Vakra Sani, which

can cause a lot of problems on the work front. Kuja aspects the

Sanghtaic Nakshtra (16) and the Vinash Nakshtra (23), which

indicates lack of cooperation and possible destruction of plans.

Finally, Surya affects the Uday Nakshtra (18) and the Abhishek

Nakshatra (27), which curtails growth, but Sukra ensures that

the affliction is minimized. Please ask your brother to pray to

I would appreciate if you could give me some time. I had posted

this message last week but nobody has replied.

My brother wants to start his own business in stock market

related

area. He is presently doing a job in the same field. I am very

worried because he has gone through some very bad times.

Date of Birth: 13th Sept, 1973

Place - Ambala India

Time - 8.20 am

If it is indeed favourable to start his own business, should he

use

his own name(Vivek) or do it his wife's, mother's, late father's

or

son's name.

Nature wise, he is a risk taker and very commanding kind of a

person.

Please advise.

Thank you so much for the time and effort you have put into the

analysis of my brother's chart. I understand the fact that finally it

is his own independent decision. I requested for the analysis out of

a sense of duty - to help him in the right decision making. Once he

he has decided, then my role shifts to "support". I guess, that is

what family and friends are for - until of course, one is blessed

with a Guru. Then I think, the role is only support throughout and no

meddling with decision making.
