----------Empty LAGNA----------considered or not ?????

Dear Respected Members,

 

I had read that when the lagna is empty or having no planet, the

second house is considered as lagna or taken as considration for the

predications or the personality of the person.

 

am i right or if i am not then kindly correct me.

 

Sir there are many other persons i talked about this , but no one was

able to answer correctly. every one has different opinion.
