Hello.

For Leo ascendant, Mars owns 4th house (scorpio) and 9th house

(aries). By virtue of owning a kendra (4th) and a trine (9th) he

becomes a Yogakaraka for you. Yogakaraka is a planet that will bring

a lot of benefit even if it a "natural malefic". Hence Mars will

also help you in every way. Dhan need not always be money, but can

be dhan such as property, land, comfort etc. Mars in 9th is

indicative of religious nature and being 4th lord, it will also

bring comforts, land, property etc. Whenever a lord of a kendra

associates with the lord of a trine, it brings good. To illustrate

the point, For libra lagna for example, Saturn is Yogakaraka, being

lord of 4th and 5th. Because Saturn lords over two good houses, he

becomes beneficial. It becomes even better if Saturn is himself

placed in Libra (exaltation), or Capricorn or Aquarius. Hope this

helps.

Thanks.

Deepak Ji, Namaskar!

Thanks a lot for responding my query. Having interest

in Jyotish wanted to explorer this a bit further (of

course, taking my case as an example). I have similar

understanding on what you said below.

What impact do you see in such cases wherein Yogakarak

planets is with other natural malefic such as Saturn

in my case??

I know this Saturn is located in 9th house being lord

of 6 and 7 for Leo Lagna happened to be function

benefic. I wanted to explore this in details as I am

currently running with Saturn Mahadasa as well.

One more important things to note here is that both

Mars and Sat are in the same Nakshtra that is Ashwini.

Pls give your expert comments on this.

Thanks again for responding my queries.

Thanks & best regards,

-ajay
