Guest guest Posted February 2, 2005 Report Share Posted February 2, 2005 Myself and some of my friends have this yoga, which is said to be highly beneficial during Chandra Dasa/Guru Bukti and Guru Dasa/Chandra Bukti. Having experienced neither, I cannot comment on this. However, I have noticed one thing in people with Gaja Kesari Yoga - mental resilience.
