You have Makara Lagna, and Lagnadipati Sani is in the 7th,

Vakra. While Sani in the 7th is not very good for marriage, from

there he aspects his own house, the Lagna, and strengthens it.

The lord of the 5th, Sukra, who becomes a Raja Yoga Karaka by

owning the 10th, is in the 1st house, while Budha, the lord of

the 9th, is inimically placed in the 12th.

 

However, Budha is also the lord of the 6th, and is in the 12th

conjunct the lord of the 8th, Surya. This gives you a

double-strength Vipareeta Raja Yoga, which can lead you to

growth after initial difficulties. In a way, all the dushtana

houses are afflicted by Dushtana lords, and this is generally

good.

 

One problem is that Chandra is Neecha, and subject to Papa

Katari Yoga by both Surya and Rahu, and this could cause mental

trouble. Fortunately, since Chandra gets Neecha Banga because

dispositor Kuja is in a Kendra to Chandra Lagna, the worst will

not happen. However, the fact that Chandra is in 6/8 position

with Guru will lead to ups and downs.

 

You are currently running Budha Dasa - Sani Bukti until Feb

2007, which will be followed by Ketu Dasa until Feb 2014.

Technically, Budha is the lord of the 9th, but since it also

rules the 6th, and is conjunct the lord of the 8th, and is also

aspected by the lord of the 12th, all the dushtana lords are

involved, and this could be detrimental for you. Sani is

aspected by Sukra, the Raja Yoga Karaka, so it will not prove to

be too malefic.

 

Your Ketu Dasa seems interesting from a spiritual angle. Ketu is

the Moksha Karaka, and is conjunct Guru, the divine graha, and

aspected by Sani, a detached graha with a dark sense of humour.

True, Ketu is over 20 degrees away from Guru, and the aspect of

Sani is not exact, but Ketu is in his own star, Ashwini. During

Ketu Dasa, there is a possibility that you might turn a lot more

religious.

 

In terms of Shadvarga Vimshopak, Ketu is the weakest graha, with

a score of just 8.65. However, Guru is the strongest with 16.50,

and Sani's score of 11.50 isn't bad either. Additionally, the

12th house, with a Bhava Bala of 11 rupas, becomes the strongest

house. With 8.85 rupas, Guru is the strongest graha in terms of

Shad Bala Rupas.

 

Put together, all this means that you will seek out God

earnestly during Ketu Dasa. This belief is further strengthened

by the fact that the 11th house, which is the 12th from the 12th

and therefore negates the 12th house, is the weakest in terms of

Bhava Bala, and has just 5.0 rupas. This suggests that you will

not enjoy much profit in this world, but will seek out spiritual

solace.

Sukra from Surya and Kuja.

 

The Sanghtaic Nakshtra (16) is affected by Ketu, but protected

by Guru, Sukra, and Budha, and this ensures adequate cooperation

in your efforts. However, rise may be curtailed because the Uday

Nakshtra (18) is affected by Kuja and Vakra Sani. The Vinash

Nakshtra (23) is also afflicted by Sani, but Budha and Sukra

offer some respite. Finally, Guru saves the Manas Nakshatra (25)

from Ketu, and this ensures mental peace. Pray to God, and may
