Baktha ji,

 

I went through your friend's chart. Rest assured, he doesn't

have Kala Sarpa Dosha because planets are posited on both sides

of the Rahu/Ketu axis. On one side, you have Chandra, etc, while

the other side has Sani/Kuja. So, there is no need to worry

about Kala Sarpa Dosha.

 

He has Tula Lagna, and Lagnadipati is Uccha in the 6th. While

this is a little inimical in some ways, Sukra also rules the

8th, and so this gives him Vipareeta Raja Yoga. Budha also gives

Vipareeta Raja Yoga by being the lord of the 12th in the 8th.

 

Sani is a Raja Yoga Karaka by ruling the 4th and the 5th, and he

is well situated in the 9th, though the presence of Kuja also in

the same house is bad because Kuja, by ruling the 2nd and the

7th houses, becomes a maraka. Fortunately, Kuja is over 10

degrees away from Sani. Budha, the lord of the 9th, is in the

8th, with Ketu, though fortunately they are not conjunct because

the distance between them is over 21 degrees. However, Surya and

Sani/Kuja subject him to Papa Katari Yoga, and this could

afflict your friend's luck.

 

Now, to the specific queries:

 

* Marriage: The 7th is occupied by Uccha Surya, who is the lord

of the 11th. Since Tula is a Movable sign, Surya becomes the

Badakadipati, and, posited in the 7th, could be acting against

your friend's early marriage. As per Brigu Suktam, Surya in the

7th can delay marriage. Still, he is running Rahu Dasa [Jan 1999

- Jan 2017] and Sani Bukti [Feb 2004 - Dec 2006] Sani is

conjunct Kuja, the lord of the 7th, and so, if he tries hard,

marriage is possible in this period. However, since Rahu's

Shadvarga Vimshopak is just over 7, this Dasa may not be very

conducive for him.

 

* Career: Chandra, the lord of the 10th, is Neecha in Navamsa,

and this could hamper job prospects. Chandra's ownership of the

10th itself is capable of causing ups and downs in career.

 

* Abroad possibilities: We have to see the 7th for influence

abroad, the 9th for travel abroad, and the 12th for comfort

abroad. The 7th is occupied by Surya, the badakadipati, and he

could diminish the influence your friend has abroad. The

occupation of the 9th by Sani could delay his trip abroad, but

since Sani is a Raja Yoga Karaka, this could be conducive to his

going abroad. The presence of the lord of the 12th in the 8th,

subject to Papa Katari Yoga, could mean that he is not very

comfortable living abroad.

 

>From Gochara angle, he has Sani (7), Guru (10), and Rahu (5)

inimically positioned. Ketu (11) is well placed, but when he

moves into the 10th in end-Feb, things could turn a little sour

until Aug/Sep, when Guru will move into the benefic 11th.

affliction of of both Kuja and Rahu on the Raj Nakshatra (26)

curbs rise, while the Abhishek Nakshatra (27), though hampered

by Ketu and Vakra Sani, is thankfully protected by Guru.

However, Sani and Ketu together can still destroy enjoyment of

the fruits of one's actions, so tell your friend to be careful

and pray to God for help.
