Guest guest
Actually Krishnan.....what I mean is that when you hit reply....what you are replying TO is still in the body of the email and everything that was replied to that email so it ends up that it can include like 20 email's that we've all seen back and forth already. If the next person in the chain hits reply and doesn't erase what's there before they start writing...then we get hit again with reading it. It's ok you write ten pages worth of information so long as the person that replies to it only includes the part of your email they are replying to and not the whole thing AGAIN...see what I mean? <laugh> I feel like I'm watching 'groundhog day' everytime I open a digest. That was a movie about this guy that had to relive the same day over and over and over again. See below how I deleted the whole digest I rec'd EXCEPT for the part you wrote that is relevant to my answer:o) Renee ______________________ Message: 4 Fri, 21 Jan 2005 08:30:57 -0800 (PST) vattem krishnan <bursar_99 RE: Digest Number 889/TRIM YOUR POSTS PLEASE Thanks Renee.Noted.very important as we r likely to ignore that we r on line and consume lot of hrs in writing certain things redundantlty krishnan
