Buvanesh ji,

In your chart, which I cast using two different software Jyotish

packages, Budha is at around 21 degrees in Mesha. Apart from

this, all the other details of the Rasi chart tally.

As you have rightfully mentioned, Guru Dasa is in progress. Guru

in Lagna is generally beneficial, but Guru in Makara is not that

good because Guru is Neecha there.

As far as I know, from some sources on the Net, Neecha Banga

occurs when:

* Lord of concerned house in in Kendra from Chandra/Lagna.

* Lord of concerned house is Uccha

* Neecha Graha is with Uccha Graha

* The Graha which would be exalted in the concerned sign is in a

Kendra from Chandra/Lagna

* Lord of the house aspects it

* Neecha Graha is Vakra

In your case, to the best of my knowledge, none of these

conditions are met, so one might be right in presuming that

Guru's Neecha nature doesn't get any relief. Of course, there

might be other conditions for Neecha Banga. I have heard that

when a Neecha graha is located at a Kendra from Chandra/Lagna,

it gives Neecha Banga Raja Yoga, and this condition is satisfied

in your case. However, I do not know if this actually works out

in practice. Anyway, you will know better from personal

experience!

But, a single graha cannot make or mar anybody's fortunes, and

one has to consider the chart as a whole. In your case, Sukra

and Kuja are uccha in Navamsa, and since Sukra is in his own

house in the 5th in Rasi, this is good news indeed, especially

since Lagnadipati is also in the same house. The fact that the

lords of the 5th and the 9th have Shadvarga Vimshopak in excess

of 15 is also good news.

Of course, all said and done, Guru Dasa [Apr 2001 - Apr 2017]

will be troublesome. He rules the 12th house of loss, and from

Chandra Lagna, becomes a Badakadipati, who is also afflicted by

Kendradipati Dosha.

You are currently undergoing Sani Bukti [Mar 2003 - Dec 2005].

Sani is aspected by Guru, the lord of the 12th, and by Kuja.

Kuja's ownership of the 4th reduces some of his malefic nature,

but there is no overlooking the fact that, since Makara is a

Movable sign, Kuja becomes the Badakadipati thanks to his

ownership of the 11th. So, Sani Bukti is bound to be a little

testing, though Sukra will lend a helping hand.

Insofar as marriage is concerned, both the lord of the 7th and

the 7th are aspected by Guru. Guru's aspects are generally

beneficial, and Chandra anyway doesn't suffer that badly from

Kendradipati Dosha. However, Sani also aspects the 7th, and some

frustrations are to be expected. The aspect on Chandra of Kuja

might also spoil the harmony a little.

>From a Gochara angle, Rahu (8), Ketu (2), and Guru (1) are not

favourable, but Sani in the 11th is good. Right now, Sani is

Vakra and has moved into the 10th house, so the beneficial

effects will be stalled. But, when Sani moves back to Kataka,

things will improve.

Your tithi is affected by Sani, and your lagna by Surya, but

Sukra and Budha protect Janma Nakshatra (1), day, and name, the

last from Surya. However, Sanghatic Nakshtra (16) is aspected by

Rahu and Kuja, causing lack of cooperation. Rahu also afflicts

the Adhana Nakshatra (19), which is almost as important as the

Janma Nakshatra (1), and the Raj Nakshatra (26), which denies

achievement. Kuja's aspect on the Vinash Nakshatra (23) could

cause accidents, so be careful. The Abhishek Nakshatra (27) is

affected by Vakra Sani, and by Surya, so your good efforts will

not bear fruit immediately. Pray to God for help in your hour of

need.
