The bad effects are not to be said as interms of this dosha alone.genral delay and struggle in life is inevitable.Rise in life comes only after 35 yeras.Pariharas like going to Nagore(velankanni),Kalahasti, and Vidheeswaram will help.Performing Plabhishekam to Palaniappan will remove hardships.The actual impact of this positioning of palnets can only be assessed after examination of chart. Kalsarpadosha is not covered in any classical texts but there is always fear about Rahu and ketu as they are considered malefic and when conjunct with other planets they weaken those palnets.As nodes they have no status as a planet.
