you have provided, it is usually better to indicate month

clearly, like "November."

 

You first need to understand that various factors contribute to

any issue, marriage included. Therefore, before pronouncing on

marriage, it is ideal to look at the chart in general. The lords

of the 1st, the 5th, and the 9th, need to be scrutinized

carefully while doing this.

 

In your case, the Lagnadipati Surya is Neecha, but getting

Neecha Banga because Sani, the graha which would be exalted in

its place, is in a Kendra from Lagna. Of course, having Sani in

Lagna is not very good, but we will come to that later.

Additionally, the lord of the 5th, Guru, is Uccha in the 12th,

and the lord of the 9th is in his own house in the 4th, giving

you Ruchaka Yoga. These factors will stabilize your life.

 

Now, to Sani itself. As you know, the aspect of Sani is krura

under almost all circumstances, but there is one important

point--no graha will ever destroy its own house. In your chart,

the houses 3, 4, 7, and 8 are occupied or aspected by their own

lords, and this strengthens them. Here, as you already know,

Sani aspects his own house, the 7th. While Sani is a karaka for

grief, this aspect will strengthen the 7th house. It may cause

delays in marriage, but don't worry, this particular aspect will

protect you. However, since Sani is in an inimical sign, some of

his strength is reduced.

 

The 7th house is also aspected by Kuja, the Raja Yoga Karaka,

and since Kuja is a functional benefic in your chart, this

aspect too is good. Kuja is rendered even more subha in your

chart because he is aspected by Guru, the lord of the 5th. Of

course, to an extent, the aspect of an Uccha Graha is not good,

but generally, Guru's aspects are always benovelent, even when

Guru is Neecha.

 

We also need to look at Surkra, the Kalartha Karaka. Sukra is in

his own house, and if Chandra had been strong, it could have

been taken as Malavya Yoga. However, while one hesitates to

consider this yoga because Chandra is in the same house with

Surya, Sukra is strong though he is subject to Papa Katari Yoga

by Kuja and Rahu.

 

Of course, all horoscopes have their share of difficulties. In

your case, the 2nd is occupied by Rahu, and subject to Papa

Katari Yoga by Sani and Surya, and this could affect your money

making abilities. The Papa Katari Yoga of Sukra could affect

your career because Sukra also rules the 10th. Sukra is conjunct

the lord of the 12th, Chandra, and this too is not very

beneficial. And finally, the affliction of Lagnadipati Surya

could also cause problems, because Surya is also afflicted by

Sani. Sani's aspect on Chandra could also affect mental poise.

But, as they say, every chart has its good and bad points, and

one should not worry too much about the bad and forget the good.

 

I have heard that a trip to Sani Singnapur, which is close to

Shirdi, is recommended for people with Sani in Lagna. Maybe, you

could pay a visit there if possible.

 

You are running Budha Dasa [Aug 2003 - Aug 2020] and Budha Bukti

until Jan 2006. Budha, the lord of the 2nd and the 11th, may not

be a great benefic for Simha Lagna, but he is not a krura graha

either. Additionally, he is conjunct the lord of the 9th, and

aspected by the lord of the 5th, so these two benefic grahas,

Kuja and Guru, will have a major say in Budha Dasa, and this is

good for you.

 

In terms of Gochara, Rahu (7), Ketu (1), Guru (12), and Sani

(10) are all inimical, but after Feb 2005, you could benefit a

little because Rahu will move into your 6th house.
