Love has got nothing to do with bodies.Sexual Love is not Love at all.It is desire.Love between father and son is also not Love at all,it is again a security or scared of being alone, or end of his name etc.So Love ,that also unselfish Love can exist only when,where and How? Is it with GOD. Ok,let me stop myself.Just tell me a Love between Radha and Krishna.It was what?.That will clarify all my doubts.You should consider Krishna as God and a normal human being like us too. Love is by its very nature Moh - and moh is there in every relationship on this earth. It is only A SIDH PURUSH who can achieve that state of mind. Yes, the highest form of love is between God and his wife or lover, as you said above, Radha Krishna, Siva Parvati, Sita Ram, Lakshmee Narayan, the Gopis and Krishna, the pure devotees of the different form of God with God or the divine couple. But the love cannot only relate to this, otherwise God wouldn't show us such kind of love in the material world. This might be right for a material relationship, because such only is temporary and on the bodily level. But the scriptures teach us that we must develop a spiritual relationship with everybody. The spiritual relationship is the real love, it is un-selfish and eternal. Not temporary, as Maya is, who always changes. How can we develop love to God, if we cannot love to our fellows, such as our parents, wife or husband, children, friends, relatives, and other, animals and environment? If we cannot have any loving and spiritual relationship to our fellows, then we also will not be able to develop love for God. It is that simple – because then we live in a bodily conception of life. But if we practise spiritual life and think love only exist to God, no one else, is on the level of a kanishta sadaka/adikari and one must at any mean elevate from this! It is described in the scriptures, that a kanishta adikari only worships the God and Guru on his altar, but does not know how to properly behave towards to others. This is the beginner stage of spiritual life. The real love and relationship is when one loves the soul in the body, unselfishly. The relationship shall not only be based on the bodily level, but one must learn to love and a relationship must be build up to the soul in that body. Someone that loves his partner, will also love that person after that one's body will become old and ugly, and even when the one passes away. The real relationship and love develops when one achieves knowledge on the true self by devotional service and transcendental practise. To get there it is a long way.
