Guest guest
Bushan ji, Your friend has Tula Lagna, with Lagnadipati in the first house, giving her Malavya Maha Purusha Yoga, which is enhanced by the fact that Sukra is Uccha in Navamsa. Sani, the lord of the 5th, is in his Moola Trikona, while Budhan, the lord of the 9th, aspects the 9th from the 3rd. This strengthens all these houses, and technically, she should be well off. However, you say that she is disturbed. This could be because she was born on an Amavasai, and Chandra is powerless because it is less than 1 degree away from Surya. Since Surya rules the 11th, and because Tula is a Fixed sign, Surya becomes the Badakadipati, and will generally cause obstructions. Chandra is also Neecha in Rasi, and afflicted by Sani, which makes her gloomy. Kuja also aspects Chandra, and while Kuja and Chandra are not inimical to each other, Kuja makes the mind volatile, and I'm sure that your friend is subject to various bouts of violent thought and gloom because of these aspects. Sani and Kuja also aspect each other, and this, I have heard, also leads to a certain amount of stubbornness. If this is true, then, the affliction of Chandra seems to suggest that she might be stubborn about things that don't require it. Of course, this is just a thought, so please forgive my thinking aloud if this is not really the case. Chandra rules the 10th house, and I feel that in case she had sought employment, then she would have had difficulties with her work. Even if she never tried working, we must remember that the 10th rules activities in general, and these would no doubt suffer, largely because of an inability to make up her mind about what is right for her. Chandra is also afflicted by Ketu, and though Ketu is over 11 degrees away and therefore not very harmful, considering the fact that Chandra is already weak, every little bit counts. Chandra is also Sashta Ashtagaha with Guru, and the Sakata Yoga thus produced means a lot of ups and downs. In fact, the only thing positive about Chandra's predicament is the fact that Budha and Sukra are subjecting it to Subha Katari Yoga. She is currently running Sukra Dasa [Jul 1987 - Jul 2007] and Budha Bukti [Jul 2003 - May 2006]. Both Sukra and Budha are aspected by Guru, who is Vakra and also rules the inimical 6th. In addition, while Budha is no doubt beneficial because of his lordship of the 9th, we must not forget that his Moola Trikona falls in the malefic 12th, which governs loss. If a graha rules two different houses, then the effects of both will be felt, but the effects of the Moola Trikona will be more pronounced. In terms of gochara, Rahu (6) and Guru (11) are beneficial, while Ketu (12) and Sani (9) are not. Sani is Vakra, and will soon move back into the 8th, continuing the Ashtama Sani from which she was suffering in the recent past. However, this will only be a temporary hiccup, though Guru's sojourn into the 12th in the latter half of 2005 could lead to losses. *** SARVATO BHADRA CHAKRA ANALYSIS for 13/Dec/2004 *** For Jeys, Sury affecting Jeys [01] = -1 For Jeys, Sury affecting Push [18] = -0 For Jeys, Sury affecting Swat [25] = -2 For Jeys, Sury affecting Aswi [11] = -0 (Jeys.Sury -3 For Jeys, Chan affecting Mool [02] = +2 For Jeys, Chan affecting Purn [17] = +2 For Jeys, Chan affecting Chit [24] = +2 For Jeys, Chan affecting Reva [10] = +1 (Jeys.Chan 7 For Jeys, Budd affecting Jeys [01] = +1 For Jeys, Budd affecting Push [18] = +2 For Jeys, Budd affecting Swat [25] = +0 For Jeys, Budd affecting Aswi [11] = +2 (Jeys.Budd 5 For Jeys, Sukr affecting Vish [26] = +2 For Jeys, Sukr affecting Dhan [06] = +2 For Jeys, Sukr affecting Anur [27] = +2 For Jeys, Sukr affecting Krit [13] = +2 (Jeys.Sukr 8 For Jeys, Kuja affecting Vish [26] = -0 For Jeys, Kuja affecting Dhan [06] = -0 For Jeys, Kuja affecting Anur [27] = -0 For Jeys, Kuja affecting Krit [13] = -0 (Jeys.Kuja 0 For Jeys, Guru affecting Hast [23] = +0 For Jeys, Guru affecting UBha [09] = +2 For Jeys, Guru affecting Arid [16] = +0 For Jeys, Guru affecting PAsh [03] = +0 (Jeys.Guru 2 For Jeys, Sani affecting Purn [17] = -0 For Jeys, Sani affecting Mool [02] = -0 For Jeys, Sani affecting PBha [08] = -0 For Jeys, Sani affecting UPha [22] = -0 (Jeys.Sani 0 For Jeys, Rahu affecting Aswi [11] = -0 For Jeys, Rahu affecting PPha [21] = -2 For Jeys, Rahu affecting Rohi [14] = -2 For Jeys, Rahu affecting Jeys [01] = -1 (Jeys.Rahu -5 For Jeys, Ketu affecting Swat [25] = -2 For Jeys, Ketu affecting Sata [07] = -2 For Jeys, Ketu affecting Jeys [01] = -1 For Jeys, Ketu affecting Rohi [14] = -2 (Jeys.Ketu -7 {Jeys. 7 A good score, and though Surya and Kuja are afflicting Lagna, it is fortified by both Vakra Budha and Sukra. While the Janma Nakshatra (1) is afflicted bySurya, Budha is also there to offer protection. The tithi is saved by Guru's aspect. Guru aspects the Sanghtaic Nakshtra (16) and the Vinash Nakshtra (23), thereby protecting from destruction and also helping to ensure harmony. The Manas Nakshatra (25) is affected by Ketu, Surya, and Budha, and so, while some mental peace will be there, there will also be some agitation. One of the best ways to tame the mind is to meditate, and so you should ask her to meditate on God. ===== Balaji Narasimhan * http://www.sherlock-holmes.com/balaji.htm Author, Sherlock Holmes: Solutions from the Sussex Downs Editor, The Partial Art of Detection =====
