Moola Nakshatra and some information requested on foreign visit

I would need some enlightment on Moola Nakshatra. Is it really so

cruel to destroy a persons own natives? In the marriage world,

grooms parents fear to marry their son to a girl with Moola

nakshatra irrespective of the Charan? What exactly are the

implications of Moola Nakshatra and how true are they in todays

world. Do they hold true for both sexes?

 

In addition I would also like to know which planets are responsible

for foreign visit. I have a friend who has Moon the ninth house and

Jupiter in the twelvth house. Both the houses i.e. 9th and 12th are

in Dhanu and Meen Rashi respectively. Some noted astrologers have

said that she will settle abroad whereas some say that she will be

on and off but never settle abroad. It was also said by another that

when Chandra Mahadasha begins its not possible for her to be in

India. However its 2 years that Chandra Mahadasha has started and

she is still in India? Which planets could be responsible for this?

Which planets are causing this delay? How does one detect that

person may go for job purpose abroad or after marriage abroad?
