I would need some enlightment on BHADRAPADA Nakshatra.

 

What exactly are the significance and implications of

UTTRA BHADRAPADA NAKSHTRA and what are their Features?

 

In addition I would also like to know which planets

are responsible for foreign visit.

 

Some noted astrologers have said that i will settle

abroad whereas some say that i will be on and off but

never settle abroad.

 

Which planets could be responsible for this?
