At first glance, your chart seems strong--Kuja aspects Mesha

Lagna, which is occupied by the lords of the 5th (Surya) and 9th

(Guru). This is great, and since these lords are unafflicted by

any other grahas, things should be good, especially since you

are running Guru Dasa [Dec 1991 - Dec 2007] and Kuja Bukti [Aug

2004 - Jul 2005].

However, Guru, the lord of the 9th, is badly afflicted because

Surya, though a great friend, is completely eclipsing Guru by

being less than 1 degree away. This will diminish Guru's powers

considerably, and also affect the Guru Mangala Yoga that is

created by Guru and Kuja being Sama Saptaka.

Guru is a natural Karaka for fortune and good luck, and for

Mesha Lagna, as he is the lord of the 9th, he bestows even

greater luck, especially, since in your case, he fortifies his

own house, the 9th, by aspecting it. But, the combustion that he

is suffering from seems to be the cause of your difficulties.

Litigation is seen from the 6th house, and this is occupied by

Sani, and its lord, Budhan, is Neecha in the 12th, though

getting Neecha Banga by being with Uccha Sukra. However, Sukra's

position in the 12th is bad because this means that both the

houses Sukra rules--the 2nd and the 7th--are adversely affected.

You have said that you are facing business problems for the past

3 years, but have not mentioned the specific areas. Are you

having problems with your business partners, who are governed by

the 7th? Or, is there a loss in business, which can be connected

to the 2nd? Either way, seems like Sukra's affliction is to

blame. Additionally, Sukra and Budha are less than 1 degree

away, and though Sukra wins the planetary war, usually, in such

cases, the winner too is afflicted, though to a lesser degree

than the loser.

When your business problems started--I'm taking your words

literally, and assuming that it was around Dec 2001, since you

said that it is there for the "last 3 three years"--you were

at that time, Sukra caused the business problems. Regarding the

legal problems, which have lasted over 10 months, you were then

into the 10th in end-Feb 2005, and this help too will be lost,

should help alleviate problems a little.

It is hard to predict which way legal problems will go, but

usually, destruction of the 6th will ensure that you can triumph

over your enemies in general, though this may not be true all

When any planet for example venus in the said Kundali is lord of any of two

marak sthanas (2&7),if placed in 12th house from lagan in Pisces rashi( Mesh

Lagan) in exalted position,whether its markesh effects will be increased or

reduced?-more markesh effects or good pleasure giving effects of Venus in 12th

house.
