Guest guest
Dear friends, I had posted some thoughts on HH Kanchi Shankaracharya earlier. I thought that I would look inth the important question now - what next? Right now, HH is running Budha Dasa, and later, he will start Ketu Dasa [sep 2006 - Sep 2013]. Technically, both Budha and Ketu are in Budha's house, and technically, one could surmise that Ketu Dasa will be similar to Budha Dasa. However, one has to also consider that Ketu and Budha are over 17 degrees away, while Ketu is less than three degrees away from Surya. Thus, Surya (L8/7 from L/CL) will have a greater impact on Ketu than Budhan, though Ketu is in Budhan's house. Additionally, Guru aspects Ketu within 9 degrees, and Ketu is also in Punarvasu, a star owned by Guru. Thus, in Ketu Dasa, HH will undergo the impact of Guru, who owns the 12th, Budha, who owns the 6th, and Surya, who owns the 8th. >From a worldly point of view, this is bad, but Ketu is an introverted graha, and a Moksha Karaka. This means that there is a high possibility that he will repent his worldly ways, and attempt to seek true divinity during Ketu Dasa. I do not think that it is right for me to comment upon the non-astrological aspects and take a stance this way or that. However, I think that I can list out the possibilities, WITHOUT taking any stance: * Court: He can either be found guilty or innocent. * Math: He either continues, or steps down. But, the point is, no matter what happens, he will try and pursue the path of divinity, irrespective of weather he is jailed or freed, and again, irrespective of weather he remains the Mathadipati. Until Ketu Dasa, he will not do too well, but he will not be badly afflicted either, because Budha gives Vipareeta Raja Yoga and owns the benefic 9th, while Sani, as the Lagnadipati from both Chandra/Lagna, will, while being stern, not attempt to destroy him. It will however teach HH what is right and what is wrong. In effect, Budha Dasa - Sani Bukti is merely paving the way for his true calling, of finding God. This is just a humble opinion, and I eagerly welcome the opinions of the more knowledgeable members of the group. ===== Balaji Narasimhan * http://www.sherlock-holmes.com/balaji.htm Author, Sherlock Holmes: Solutions from the Sussex Downs Editor, The Partial Art of Detection ===== The all-new My - Get yours free! Guest guest
Dear Bala ji, Yes, Ketu is well placed to elevate him to high status. Ketu is in Jupiter star and Sun's sub which also represents Jupiter[ Sun in Jup star]. Ketu is aspected by Jup. So this makes a very promising situation. But Mer in 6th giving 12th house Rahu results. Sat assoiciated with Moon both maraka [2nd and 7th house]. Mars is good lord of 11th and 4th in 9th , but Mars is badhaka for Capricorn. So these combined periods put him in quite adverse health problems.
