Dear friends,

 

I tried to look at the chart of HH. Since the matter is sub

judice, I do not think that it would be right for us to either

defend or question his current situation, and this piece will

strive to remain within the realms of the astrological.

 

HH has five grahas - Kuja, Sukra, Surya, Rahu, and Ketu -

Vargotamma, and Rahu in the 12th could grant him Moksha. Sani is

the lord of both the Lagna and the Chandra Lagna, and this makes

him a man of the masses. Sani also gives him Sasa Yoga from

Chandra Lagna.

 

HH was running Budha Dasa - Sani Bukti - Ketu Pratyantar [Oct

2004 - Dec 2004]. Budha is the lord of 6/9 and 5/8 from Chandra

Lagna. Sani is the lord of 1/2 and 1/12 from Chandra Lagna.

Since Sani Bukti is the last of the Budha Dasa, HH was stuck at

a Dasa Sandi, which is a generally inauspicious period.

Additionally, Sani (6) alone was favourable as per Gochara, with

Rahu (3), Guru (8), and Ketu (9) being unfavourable.

 

Additionally, Budha is aspected by Guru (L: 3/12; CL: 2/11), and

Sani was also aspected by Guru, and with Chandra (7/6). One can

see the play of all the dushtana lords involved. Specifically,

as per Brighu Sutram, the 6th concerns litigation, the 8th

concerns disgrace, and the 12th concerns imprisonment.

 

Additionally, Kalyana Varma's Saravalli says that "If the Sun is

posited in 7th, the native will be poor, insulted, will suffer

bodily diseases, royal displeasures and imprisonment, will take

to bad ways." Furthermore, the same text states that "If Mercury

is evil, in the concerned Dasa the native will be tormented by

imbalances of the three temperaments (viz. bile, phlegm and

wind), hard disposition, imprisonment, mental grief and

excitement." [Emphasis added]

 

But is HH really gulity or innocent? I think that somebody with

more experience, like Rohini ji, Tanvir ji, Tat Vam Asi ji, or

Inder ji should comment on this!

STEP RULE SUCCEEDS FOR IMPRISONMENT.

THE MAHADASHA, ANTARDASHA, AND VIDASHA PERIOD IS AS

UNDER:

MERCURY MAHADASHA UPTO 6-8-2006 AND MERCURY IS STRONG

Yes I think analysis by Sh Pandav is correct.

Jupiter in 10th in its own star and own sub gives him very very very

high status. Jupiter lord of 3rd also gives publicity, religious,

socila and politiacl activities.

But what so ever Jupiter to give will be more prominently given by

Rahu being in Jupiter's sign Sagitarious.Rahu also spoils Jupiter.

12th Rahu[ hospitals, sanitorium,hotels, jails etc] gives him a

religious/spritual life in Math, with high status of Jup in 10th.

Mer and Sat both being in Rahu stars ensure long duration these

results.

For jail/imprisonments 12th, 3rd, and 8th combined to be seen.

Mer in sub of Sat, Sat in sub of Venus in 8th and Venus in its own

star in 8th house became evil. So Mer-SAt-Ven combined made it

happen.

For release 11th, 4th , and 2nd.

As Mer and Sat also giving 2nd house results. Venus is in sub of Sun

which is getting very close aspect of Mars lord of 11th and 4th,

sitated in 9th house in Libra sign promises release in Venus anthra

itself. But as sub lord Sun is spoiled by being associated with Jup

and Rahu , so troubles of 8th house Venus may continue.

Moon and Mars are good being in the star of Mars but the sub

position of these are also not promising.
