Before I discuss your court case, I shall make a few general

observations concerning your chart.

 

Your Lagna is Vrichaka, and Lagnadipati Kuja is Vargotamma in

the 2nd house, and this is good. He is however afflicted by

being eclipsed by Ketu and is also combust with Surya, and this

is not highly desirable. However, since the lords of the 5th and

the 9th are in their own houses, they are considerably

strengthened. From Chandra Lagna, lords of the 1st and 9th are

in their own houses, but the lord of the 5th, Kuja, is in the

6th. From Chandra LAgna, you also have Sasa Yoga because Sani is

in his own house in the 7th. While this is good, it will still

cause delays in matters like business, marriage, etc.

 

You are running Sukra Dasa [Mar 2002 - Mar 2022], and Sukra

Bukti until Jul 2005. Sukra is the lord of the 7th and the 12th,

and the 4th and the 11th from Chandra Lagna, and this is not

very helpful. Additionally, Sukra is with Sani (L 3/4; CL 7/8)

and is aspected by Chandra (L 9; CL 1). Note that Vrichaka is a

fixed sign, and for fixed signs, the lord the 9th (Chandra),

though generally a beneficial planet, is a Badaka and will cause

frustrations and obstructions. From Chandra Lagna, which is

Kataka, a movable sign, Sukra, Lord of the 11th, is a Badaka.

 

As per Gochara, Sani (1), Guru (3), Rahu (10), and Ketu (4) are

not very helpful. Hoewver, in end of Feb 2005, Ketu will move

into your 3rd house, and this will prove to be a better period.

 

Now, to the court case itself. The 6th house concerns one's

enemies, and from Lagna, the lord of the 6th is also the

Lagnadipati, and the 6th is unaspected. From Chandra Lagna, the

lord of the 6th is also the lord of the 9th, and is in own

house. However, the 6th in this case is occupied by malefics

like Ketu and and Surya, and a functional malefic, Budha. Budha

is the lord of the 12th in the 6th from Chandra Lagna, and gives

you Vipareeta Raja Yoga. This destroys both the 12th house of

loss and the 6th house of enemies, and this means that you will

generally be successful in winning over your enemies.

 

This however does not mean that you will always be successful,

and at times like this, when both the Dasa/Bukti and the Gochara

are inimical, you will face problems. However, since the lords

of the 9th are in the 9th from both Lagna and Chandra Lagna, you

will ultimately have the fortune to win.

A nice score, but we also need to consider afflictions on key

points like Lagna, Tithi, etc. When we analyze these points, we

find that Day is affected by Surya and Name by Kuja. The Lagna

is afflicted by Ketu, but protected by Budha, while Tithi is

protected by Guru and Sukra from Surya.

 

The Janma Nakshtra (1) is afflicted by Sani ,and this will cause

a lot of difficulties. The Karma Nakshtra (10) is affected by

Surya, and this will cause work-related problems, though Budha's

protection will minimize the difficulties. Surya also afflicts

the Sanghtaic Nakshtra (16) and the Vinash Nakshtra (23),

causing problems in getting support from those close to you, and

also treathens you with dangers close to destruction. Kuja

afflicts the Uday Nakshtra (18) and the Manas Nakshatra (25),

leading to an inability to rise in your endeavours, besides

causing mental agony. Fortunately, Guru and Sukra are jointly

protecting the Adhana Nakshatra (19), which concerns future

results, and Raj Nakshatra (26), which deals with achievement,

so you still have a good chance. Pray to God, and if your cause

is just, may you win the case!
