Before I talk about your Rahu Dasa, let me do a quick analysis

of your chart, concerning the Trikonadipatis - the lords of the

1st, the 5th, and the 9th. Generally, these are your best

friends, and if their status is good, then you will do well.

 

Your Lagna is Kumba, and Lagnadipati Sani is in the 5th in a

friendly house. However, he is afflicted by Ketu, who is within

5 degrees. Also, his dispositor, Budha, is in the 6th, and this

will also afflict this house.

 

The lord of your 5th, Budha, is afflicted by Kuja, but

fortunately, he also owns the 8th, and so, he gives you

Vipareeta Raja Yoga.

 

Sukra, the lord of the 9th, is Neecha in Rasi, but Gets Neecha

Banga by being Uccha in Navamsa. His dispositor Budha is also in

a kendra from Chandra.

 

Now, let us get down to Rahu. Rahu is in the 11th, and he is

aspected by Sani. Sani, apart from being Lagnadipati, is also

the lord of the 12th, the house of loss. The 12th contains

Rahu's dispositor Guru, who is Neecha, but getting Neecha Banga

by being Vakra, and also by being in a Kendra from Chandra.

However, end of the day, both the Neecha Grahas in your chart -

Guru and Sukra - though getting Neecha Banga, will prove

difficult to an extent.

 

Now, to the Dasa itself. Rahu Dasa will last from Nov 2001 - Nov

2019. Rahu Butki was experienced until Jul 2004, and Rahu is

said to be invariably painful in his buktis. Now, until Dec

2006, you are undergoing Guru Bukti. Guru owns the 2nd and the

11th, but his placement in the 12th will afflict both these

houses, and cause financial problems. Additionally, Sani aspects

both the 2nd and the 11th, and this means delays, setbacks, and

frustrations concerning these houses.

 

>From Chandra Lagna, lords of the 1st and the 5th are in own

houses, but Guru, lord of the 9th, is Neecha in the 10th. But,

which ever way you want to look at it, one thing doesn't change

- Rahu's dispositor is weak. This means that Rahu Dasa will not

be able to deliver great results.

 

However, don't give up hope. Sani's Bukti, from Dec 2006 - Oct

2009, will be better because he is the Lagnadipati, and Ketu

will behave like Budha, the lord of the 5th, and like Sani. I

have not seen too many charts in which Rahu has been very

helpful generally, and in this case, the difficulties are made

worse by his Neecha dispositor. Additionally, from Gochara

angle, Rahu (1), Ketu (7), Guru (6), and Sani (4) are not very

helpful.

Karma Nakshtra (10) by Sani and Rahu will cause frustrations on

the job front. The Sanghtaic Nakshtra (16) is afflicted by

Surya, though protected by Budha, and this will help you to an

extent in working with your peers. However, immediate rise is

not possible because Kuja afflictes Udya Nakshtra (18).

Fortunately, Sukra and Guru are protecting Adhana Nakshatra

(19), but major problems are created by the combined drishti of

Ketu and Sani on the Vinash Nakshtra (23). While a little mental

peace is made possible by Sukra and Guru's glance on the Manas

Nakshatra (25), they could be negated by the fact that Rahu, in

the Abhishek Nakshatra (27), will prevent you from enjoying your

Thanks for your valuable guidance.

 

In my chart I have mars siiting in his own rashi with moon (causing laxmi or

chandra mangal yoga) and aspecting the tenth house and at the same time sun is

also sitting in his own rashi and occupying the 7 th house.

 

One more thing jupiter is sitting in 12th house in itself a debilitated position

and again in a neecha rashi. Doesnot this negate the the neecha effect.
