Question about ghatis in sanyasa avastha

I am wondering if someone can help me in understanding the

calculation of ghatis in the sayana avasthas that Parasara describes

in the BPHS.

In determining the ghatis, should 5 ghatis, for dusk or dawn, be

added to the number of ghatis elapsed since sunrise or sunset? And,

should the ghatis be rounded off (like 5 ghatis 42 palas should be

rounded up to 6 ghatis), or, should only completed ghatis be counted?
