The Lagna is Libra and falls in the Ketu-Rahu axis. Rahu afflicts the lagna with its aspect from the 7th house. Mars the 2nd and 7th Lord also aspects the Lagna. The Lagna Lord is badly afflicted. The Lagna Lord, Venus is strongly placed in 4th quadrant. Venus is 2nd in shadbala and is in Gopuramsa (count of 4 in dasavarga). The Lagna Lord is Strong. The Moon is in Shuklapaksha and is placed in a trine (5th house) aspected by ketu and 6th Lord Jupiter. Moon has afflictions. But Moon forms Gajakesari yoga with Jupiter. Moon is the strongest in the Shadbala scheme. The Dispositor of Moon and Venus is Saturn who is a powerful Rajayoga planet and is placed in the best possible house, the 9th. Saturn is also in Gopuramsa and 4th in Shadbala. Saturn is the natural significator of longevity and it is very strong. There are positive factor favouring your child, so do not loose hope. There is a good chance that remedial measures may work. The best remedy is the daily chanting of the Mrintyunjaya Mantra and the Panchaksari Mantra (Om Namah Shivayah) regularly. Worship Lord Mahadeva (Shiva) as life and death are in his hands. The Rahu Dasa, Mars Bhukhti ends May 2005 and if this period is passed the danger passes.
