Dear Shad,

 

Very true. I fully agree that guidance of a Guru is a wonderful

thing, and that spirituality needs to be lived, not just taked

about. There is a sanskrit phrase, "mano vak kaaya karma" which

describes this very nicely ... it means "the mind, speech, body and

actions". All these have to be applied towards spiritual living. Vak

Suddhi involves not only mantra sadhana but also age-old advise such

s truthful and gentle speech etc. Luckily for us, if we start out

with at least one of these 4, mano vaak kaaya karma, the others

follow sooner or later.
