I have only looked into your chart. One disturbing thing is that

Chandra, representing the mind, is Neecha in the 6th, and also

afflicted by both Rahu and Sani. Rahu and Sani also give you

Srapit Yoga, and the effects are painful to say the least,

especially in the Dasa/Bukti of Rahu/Sani. One small benefit is

that Sani is the lord of the 8th, and so this could be

technically considered a Vipareeta Raja Yoga, though the pain

produced by Rahu and Sani will make it look like it is almost

non-existant. Chandra, by being neecha and also badly afflicted,

will make you gloomy.

 

You are running Sukra Dasa [Jul 1998 - May 2017] and Kuja Bukti

[Jul 2004 - Sep 2005] Sukra is the lord of the 5th, but its

lordship of the 12th could cause some problems. Sukra is also

subject to Papa Katari Yoga by Ketu and Surya. He is also

aspected by Kuja, who is caught at a Rasi Sandi, is Neecha in

Navamsa, and owns the 6th and the 11th. This indicates

difficulties throughout Sukra Dasa.

 

Regarding your individual questions:

 

* Job after Apr 2005: You will still be running Sukra Dasa -

Kuja Bukti, and this is not in your favour. Gochara wise, at

that time, Rahu (5) and Sani (9) will not be helpful, but Ketu

and Guru will be in the 11th house, and will help. If you try

hard, there is a good chance that it will materialize.

 

* Financial Position: The lord of the 2nd (Chandra) is Neecha,

and the lord of the 11th (Kuja) is also not very strong. This

indicates some difficulties in finances, but good Gochara

positions of Grahas, and good Dasa/Buktis could improve the

situation.

 

* Own business: Business partners are seen from the 7th, and

since this house is aspected by own lord Guru, it will prosper.

However, Guru suffers from Kendradipati Dosham, and this will

reduce the results. The aspect of Sani on Guru also means

slowness.

 

* Own house: The lord of the 4th (Budhan) is exalted in Navamsa,

and this indicates that you will have good chance of owning your

own house. However, Sani's aspect on Budhan in the rasi chart

again indicates that this will also materialize slowly.

Not a bad score, and your Janma Nakshatra is also protected by

Budhan right now. Guru protects the thithi, day, and name, and

though some malefic influences exist, they are overthrown by

Guru. However, your Lagna is affected by Surya, rahu, and Ketu,

and this is bad.

 

Guru also protects Karma Nakshtra (10) at this moment, and so

things will not be bad on the career front, though Kuja's aspect

on the Sanghatic Nakshtra (16) will lead to lack of cooperation.

Kuja also sees Manas Nakstra (25), and this could be playing a

major role in increasing mental worries. Udya Nakshtra (18) is

aspected by Sani, and this will prevent you from rising, though

there is some temporary protection by Sukra. Sukra also saves

Vinash Nakshtra (23) from Sani's gaze. While Abhishek Nakshtra

(27) is saved by Budhan, you will be facing difficulties because

of the presence of both Ketu and Surya in Swathi, which is your

Raj Nakshtra (26), and this will cause people to turn against

you. Sincere prayer to God could help remove some of the
