Frankly, when I fed the data into the computer, I thought I

would see a terrible chart. I was amazed because, at first

glance, nothing seemed to be out of the ordinary.

I then checked up on a copy of Brigu Sutram, and found out

exactly what it meant. I am quoting ONLY the relevent portions

below. Of course, as Rohini ji says, most of the online copies

are not reliable. I have a physical book of the Brigu Sutram

too, but it is at home, so I have to quote from the online

edition.

Surya in the 12th

Brigu Sutram: Will make the native sinful and there will be

aggravation of the diseases he suffers from.

Phaldeepika: He will suffer from eye troubles.

Saravali: Will be sinful

Chamatkar Chintamani: The native will suffer from eye troubles.

He will be victorious in the battlefield. He will gain wealth

during journeys.

Chandra in the 8th

Brigu Sutram: Will have medium span of life if Chandra is waning

[He was born on Krishna Sashti, when the moon had started to

lose power]

Brihat Jataka: The person will suffer from diseases.

Phaldeepika: The native will suffer from diseases and will be

shortlived.

Saravali: If there is waning Moon in the 8th the native will be

shortlived.

Kuja in the 9th

Brihat Jataka: The person concerned will commit sinful actions

Phaldeepika: He will cause sorrow and pain to others.

Saravali: The native will be mean, violent, irreligious, sinful

but he will get favours from the king (Government).

Chamatkar Chintamani: He will have a cruel mind.

Sani in the 8th

Brihat Jataka: The native will have defective eye sight.

Phaldeepika: The native will be unclean, will suffer from piles,

will be poor, cruel minded and will remain in want of food.

Saravali: The native will suffer from diseases of the anus and

will be short lived

Chamatkar Chintamani: The native will be without friends, sickly

and evil minded.

Rahu in the 1st

Phaldeepika: The native will be short lived but wealthy and

powerful but he will suffer from disease in the upper part of

his body.

Chamatkar Chintamani: The native will destroy the power of his

enemies.

Dear Balaji,

Brigu Sutram... does it give some nadi reading or results of planet

postings in houses?

It may be interesting to know how I saw the chart by Kp.[to be frank

only on post marteim of a dacoits chart]

In KP we see the native with respect to Lagna cusp, and planets

posted near to lagna.

In Lagna Dhanista star is rising. Dhanista is from 23*20" of

Capricorn to 6*40" of Aquarious. Here Lagna lord is Saturn and star

lord is Mars making Dhanista quite interesting personality.

Querralsome persons with overheated blood dealing with arms or

metalic things.

Within Dhanita we are suppose to see the sub rising. Mars, Mer ,

Rahu, etc could be dangerous fellows. Jupiter sub will give

scientific, philospher type of sharp personality.

Sub rising here is Venus, ..intersting. Peace, negociations,

judgement and balance is expected. But what has happened that Venus

in Scorpio[ also exchanging signs with Mars] has given him

extermism. And Rahu close to Lagna , Rahu being in own star in 1st

house in Capricorn represening Saturn fulfils all the conditions of

a Dacoit.

Now he could have been an ordinary criminal if relevent planets were

in 3rd, 12th and other houses, but sub lord of ascendent Venus in

10th gives high rise. Venus in Mercury star and Mercury in

Sagitarious in 11th house gave him so many benefics to rise and rise.

So he has extremism of Scorpio, Capricornian or Saturian lawlessness

and Sagitarius Mercurian changanable personality.
