Job delay(need views):Saturn/6th house effect?

This is my friends horoscpe who is facing job problem since jan-2003.

he is missing good jobs & getting which are low grade to his

qualification

 

he completed masters in computer engineering in june-2003, till date

he is unemployed

 

need views from astrologers for this problem?

 

Here are my views:

 

1) 10th house has the aspect of saturn(lord of 6& 7 houses) from

lagna in d-1

 

2) as saturn rules 6th house & also its a delay causing planet,so its

causing delay? but in the worksheet saturn rules house "D" & has one

zero in SAV ,does it lead to delay for 2 out of 3 periods of its dasa

presently its VENUS(maha)->SATURN(antar)->KETU(pratyantar)

 

3)saturn is exalted in 10th house in D-10

 

4)saturn has very good strength in shadbala, worksheet also & its

ishta phala is also good?

 

OVERALL WHAT ROLE CAN WE EXPECT FROM SATURN BENEFICICAL ROLE/NOT?

 

5) Does the aspect of debiliated mars on 6th house in D-1 is giving

him the jobs which are LOW GRADE in nature compared to his

qualification?

 

6)What role can we expect from mercury as

#in 5th house in D-1

#it aspect 10th house from 4th house in D-10
