Dear KEDAR NATH JHANB:

 

I've been following the discussions regarding your request for help

regarding your marriage.

 

First of all, I'd agree with the initial observations of your chart,

regarding the 'karmic problems', but there are also some very important

Psychological things you can do, in fact, that you were born to do, that

will also be a great Jyotish Remedy.

 

Number one, you need to understand your own chart.

 

You need, to understand 'why', the problems are coming.

 

Jyotish teaches us that our charts, are the products of our past actions,

therefore, we face in this life, the consequences of those actions....

 

why?

 

So we learn.

 

We're all learning how to transform our malefics into strengths.

 

For you I see to important parts of your chart that you can focus on right

away.

 

#1, you have your 7th House lord, Saturn in the 8th.

 

This is not just symbolic of the problem, and as one person also suggested,

indicates that you need to strengthen Saturn.

 

When I was in India in 1988, attending an Ayurvedic conference, we had a

Jyotish part of the course, and one of the things we heard was that the

'lords of the different signs, and houses, sends a 'mail' back to their

homes, how they're doing....'

 

Therefore, in your case, your Saturn's sending a mail back to your 7th house

how it's doing.

 

Saturn in the 8th, lord of the 7th in the 8th, generally is associated with

problems.

 

But, part of the solution for anyone having planets in the 8th house, is

that 'transformations' of life, which is part of the symbolism of the 8th

house, need to be strengthened...

 

And especially since Saturn is the main partnership, planet that's there,

consider, working on improving your nature, Sani support, by going to bed on

time, getting up early, not straining, eating in time, meditating, doing

yoga, ....

 

These and other 'things to do', will strengthen Saturn, by enlivening

Saturn's positive, very disciplined nature.

 

By putting attention on following the daily, 'routines' of life, which are

very Saturnish, you'll be surrendering, and enlivening Sani, to be more

positive....

 

Also, Sun being in your 7th, seems like it may have some strong influence

regarding your marriage.

 

And finally, it's just as important, that your wife, make steps to secure

the marriage.

 

Jyotish, marital counseling is very profound at helping the two spouses,

understand why problems are there, and what they can and should be doing to

improve the situation.

 

Your wife, too, needs to fight for this marriage, otherwise, you can't do it

all by yourself.

Combination of Rahu and saturn is not considered good.

Also mars is fiery planet that is combined with them.

you are running the last phase of sadhesati (thought

saturn will come back to gemini due its retro nature).

Also he is your 7th lord. In 7th house, you have sun,

which is in Saturn's house (enemy's house). There is a

direct drishti of Jupiter on 7th house, which is good

thing.

 

Following are the remedies:

 

1) First pacify saturn, as it is 7th lord and also you

are running sadhesati. Light a lamp in mustard oil

every saturday evening in front of shanidev and read

shani chalisa. If possible, donate some oil, or black

pulses, black cloth, mustard oil on saturdays.

 

2) Your UL Lord is venus, so keep fast on fridays for

Shri Lakshmi ji.

 

3) Read Rudram Chamakam daily in the morning (at least

once, the more you can read, the better it is).

Whenever you get time in day recite Mahamrityunjay

Mantra.

 

4) Wear a Ruby and Yellow Sapphire in gold. As both

are worn in ring fingers, I suggest you to wear one

round your neck. Be *sure* to test gems for yourself

before wearing them.
