Guest guest
Dear All, Birth details : 21-06-1983 0636am Nadiad, Gujarat, India(lat:2242N- long:7252E) I am struggling to interpret the placement of an exalted but retrograde Saturn in the 5th house conjunct Moon and involved in an exchange with the second house and Venus. Is this a positive Yoga implying financial gains through creative pursuits/talents and children? Is Saturn beneficial due to its exalted status and ownership of the 9th house, and is its placement in the 5th house a positive one due to these beneficial attributes or does its ownership of the 8th house and conjunction with an enemy (Moon)lead to an affliction of the 5th and 2nd houses? Does one consider the 7th house to be severely inflicted due to placement of the 7th lord Jupiter in the 6th house, Ketu in the 7th and aspects from Mars, Rahu and the Sun from the ascendant? Thank you in advance
Guest guest
exalted sani in 5th house, means gemini asc. i am out of home, would be back within 2/3 days, so i do not have the chart or other tools, just looking at the basics. there are no direct guidelines abt retro planets in classics. a general approach is to consider "exalted+retro=fallen" and vice versa, this sometimes work and sometimes does not. most of the times is works to some degree. my experience has shown that the exalted retro planet does not behave like an exalted planet but sometimes behaves like a weak planet, yet sometimes like a fallen planet. but fallen retro planets behave very much like exalted planets or at least offer great benefits. but these benefits cannot be 'trusted' in my experience, they pull you down any moment. honestly, 90% of the stuff going around for the name of astrology are stupid stuff. that is why a lot more research is to be done to say something definite about retro planets. that is a lot of works and i have an intention to give it a try in the future. now my opinion about the chart from what you wrote, that there should be delay in getting children, or getting children in time but then getting a late children in late life, might cause some suffering. this is more applicable if the children is a female. [moon is there] you convey that ve is in sani's house means in either 8th or 9th house. if venus is in 8th then there would be definite problems with mental peace, mental stability, etc. good about creativity might be true, but the native will be overly sensitive and might suffer from a feeling of being insecured. this is not good in respect to the 5th house, esp mind, children etc. i do not believe sani is totally benefic here and even it was, never forget a planet's own nature, it will come to pass in this way or that. then 7th house being troubled i can only say that the mind is terribly disturbed might be for relationships, some health concerns might be there. you should put in mind that a lot of tools i use are not available to me right now when i am saying all these. regards tanvir. , "maniv78" <maniv78> wrote: > Dear All, > > Birth details : 21-06-1983 0636am Nadiad, Gujarat, India(lat:2242N- > long:7252E) > > I am struggling to interpret the placement of an exalted but > retrograde Saturn in the 5th house conjunct Moon and involved in an > exchange with the second house and Venus. > > Is this a positive Yoga implying financial gains through creative > pursuits/talents and children? > > Is Saturn beneficial due to its exalted status and ownership of the > 9th house, and is its placement in the 5th house a positive one due > to these beneficial attributes or does its ownership of the 8th > house and conjunction with an enemy (Moon)lead to an affliction of > the 5th and 2nd houses? > > Does one consider the 7th house to be severely inflicted due to > placement of the 7th lord Jupiter in the 6th house, Ketu in the 7th > and aspects from Mars, Rahu and the Sun from the ascendant? > > Thank you in advance
Guest guest
tanvir, actually here in this case the person means the parivartan is not between saturn and venus but the moon and the venus.hence i think the results pertaining to the fifth house would be totally modified.the moon would act as though it is in it's own hose(2nd) and venus would act as if in fifth house.similarly their drishtis also will be modified.it should have a calming effect on the eighth house and also the fifth house, isn't it? regds...mukesh Tanvir Chowdhury <lord_narayana wrote: exalted sani in 5th house, means gemini asc. i am out of home, would be back within 2/3 days, so i do not have the chart or other tools, just looking at the basics. there are no direct guidelines abt retro planets in classics. a general approach is to consider "exalted+retro=fallen" and vice versa, this sometimes work and sometimes does not. most of the times is works to some degree. my experience has shown that the exalted retro planet does not behave like an exalted planet but sometimes behaves like a weak planet, yet sometimes like a fallen planet. but fallen retro planets behave very much like exalted planets or at least offer great benefits. but these benefits cannot be 'trusted' in my experience, they pull you down any moment. honestly, 90% of the stuff going around for the name of astrology are stupid stuff. that is why a lot more research is to be done to say something definite about retro planets. that is a lot of works and i have an intention to give it a try in the future. now my opinion about the chart from what you wrote, that there should be delay in getting children, or getting children in time but then getting a late children in late life, might cause some suffering. this is more applicable if the children is a female.
