Help required to determine the time of marriage.

Namaste to all the learned members,

 

I have presented the birth details of a 23 yr old unmarried

girl. Can somebody please analyse this chart and tell me when will

this native get married.

 

Date Of Birth : 5th April 1981.

Time of birth : 3:30 AM

Place of Birth : Belgaum.

Star : Revathy

Rashi : Meena.

Ascendant : Makara.

 

She's currently running Shukra Maha Dasa with the

Antar Dasha being that of Mars.

 

I had predicted this native's marriage during the

period of 2002 End - 2003 Nov, during the Sub Dasha of Moon, her 7th

lord. However that didn't happen.

 

This native has Rahu in the seventh in Kataka. Also

Guru in the 9th is weakened as it is in Virgo. These I thought are

the reasons for her delay in marriage.
