Moon starts off the day at the 29th degree of Gemini,

.....at 9 am.......

& Quickly goes into Cancer!

Dear Friends:

 

Moon starts off the day at 29th degree of Gemini, today! (After that, it

quickly goes into it's Own Sign Cancer)!

 

 

Today, will be a fascinating beginning of a couple of days...

 

The Moon, leading into Cancer, one of it's favorite places to be....

is very happy there, so on a very important 'feeling' level...it'll feel

quite nice!

 

But, Sun's at the 27th degree of Cancer, so, these next few days in Cancer,

represent the last few days of the Waning Moon cycle!

 

Therefore, there'll be this simultaneous, 'inward' quality goings on at the

same time, as this very pleasant.... 'feeling' quality, due to the Moon in

Cancer...

 

If you can sense, and give 'due' to both qualities, these next few days can

be quite marvelous....

 

Another very nice aspect to these next few days, if,..... you can honor that

need to be more patient, rest slightly more, and pay attention to this

slowing down quality of the New Moon, (on the 15th, by the way)....

 

is.....that there are no other malefic influences going on, upon the Moon or

Cancer....

 

Good day, and next few days.... to do some serious, 'nourishing'....

ie. Cancer...

 

but.... do it in a quiet, relaxing,....patient way....

 

So, some other good things to do, are finishing up details of previous

activity cycles....

 

Or, prepare for the next Waxing Moon cycle....

Mercury still 'Retrograde', since Monday, Nite......

 

So, now you might start to feel it....

 

So, if you start to feel, confused, or foggy, or have a hard time making

clear decisions; this Retrograde motion is why.

 

And Retrograde, is about the need to 'rest' that Planet which is moving

backwards; so if you take more time, to think things through....

and not to rush....

things should be fine.

 

Therefore, take a little bit more time in your 'decisions, makings' till

Sept. 2nd...when Mercury goes back to being direct!

Then, things should start taking a progressively

positive turn!

 

If you've been watching the Stock Markets, you'll really get a sense,

how powerfully, Jupiter & Saturn influence progress & prosperity.

 

Last few days, the US market has been down a little, and up a little.

Today, (Monday), Dow was down just a little!

 

Saw an interesting quote today, from the US Federal Reserve Bank:

 

"The entire economy seems poised, on the edge

of a complete renewal of economy growth."

 

I thought this was an especially interesting statement today.

 

Because it's certainly true, Astrologically....

 

After 4 long years, since 1999, when Jupiter & Saturn, first

collided...

we've been going through all the frustrating qualities of a Mini-

World wide, Recession!

 

Now, however, after August 17th.... Jupiter will finally

pull far enough ahead,....that things will really start to feel

more positive...

 

>From then, and especially through the rest of the year,....

it'll be really more noticable, though still a little slower,

then, in 2005, when things really start to take off....

Regarding Saturn....again!

 

 

"Dear... Mark: I was talking to a friend today who was telling me

her frustration with how slowly things have been advancing for her

in her business, and in-between her recent nite of tears of hopelessness,

I remembered your transit ideas regarding Saturn..

Then, I was able to restate to her your Saturn-Jupiter analysis

gleened from teh past few weeks that I have been following your 'Star

Reports'....and gave her a date that things should start to improve.

She is familiar enough with her jyotish chart that she could include

a few extra experiences.

She felt better, still, when I gave her the 'patience' talk.

Darn, this stuff works!

I'll pass on your address tomorrow but this was fun for today.

I am definitely getting into learning from watching these

transits, stuff.

Your daily reports are really very helpful.

It thrilled me to hear your experience.

It's always been my hope to decipher Jyotish well enough, that we

learn to utilize it's many gifts in just such practical ways!

Well done!

I also have found that as complex and confusing as Jyotish can get,

in the necessity to look into all the divisional charts, and the multitudes

of other 'ways' of looking at one's chart...

I do find life, and Jyotish are more simple, than that.

 

One other point I thought of listening to your words...

is...that one of the greatest insights that Jyotish can give for us,...

is to help us understand... those times...

when we really don't feel like being patient!

 

In Vedic science, there is a concept called Pragya Parad...

which loosely translated means 'mistakes of intellect'....

 

Some scholars say that these 'Pragya Parads' inside of us,

are the actual source of our very 'ignorance'...

and the source therefore of all our problems, challenges,

griefs, and sufferings!

 

The problem is....where we have our pragya parads, is where

we have our blinders, on, and where we spontaneously feel

to go this way, or that speed...

which is itself...the very problem!

 

In other words, where we have our pragya parads, is where

we can't see clearly....

 

Then along comes Jyotish, and when used in this very fascinating...

almost Vedic Psychological sort of way....

we get a chance to interpret differently....

these thoughts, feelings or patterns...

in ways....that will not lead us to our same...

unhappinesses!

 

So, when we don't feel like being patient...

we learn to be so...

Where we don't feel like slowing down...

we learn to....

 

Where we feel like 'yelling'...

we learn not too....

 

When to go fast, and when not to....

When not to yell, and when to!

 

These are very important aspects of life!

 

This keen insight that Jyotish studies,

and figures out.... can help us...

completely change our lives....

 

Because.... Jyotish, identifies,....that certain of our

thought patterns or habits, are shrouded in, or confused

by our Malefics!

 

And guess what our malefics, are?

 

They're our pragya parads!

 

But, instead of just accepting 'them' because we have them,

or are used to them....

 

Jyotish helps us learn where we need to change!

And even how to do that!
