I lost my father even when the lord of 9th house is a vargotamma why?

I read some of the mails on Vargottama planet , which tells that vargottama

planet will always does the good. But in my case even when the lord of 9th house

(house of father)

is a vargotamma is lost my father. Being a person learning Astrology this has
