Guest guest
Hello Rao ji, Quite interesting features highlighted in order to become an astrologer. You have mentioned about VaakShuddhi in your post, just want to add a few more to it. I think VaakShuddhi should also be coupled with Thrikarana Shuddhi which signify purity in thought, word, and deed. Gaurav , "N. Guest guest
The UGLY fact remains that any of these highly pure astrologers described in texts just do not seem to exist in the modern world. And if they are so rare as to be nearly non-existent, of what good are they for the daily needs of the millions of suffering nativities all over the globe? AND OF WHAT USE IS THEIR PRISTINE AND NASCENT ASTROLOGY? It is about time that dreamers and fantasizers stopped chasing such unicorns and phoenixes and wake up to the very dire reality that surrounds us all over the world -- in the middle east, in poor developing nations, further strained by natural disasters and so on. I would much rather have hundreds of spiritually ill-prepared field workers in astrology who can bring first aid to the suffering humanity than big, unreal, vacuuous spiritual big-talk that no one I know of has attained or seems to be capable of.
