Please suggest if Saturn can be strengthened

Respected Sirs,

I an Bhushan Kotnis from India and have recently joined this

group.I am learning astrology.I have some doubts regarding Saturn

Rahu and Moon.

In my chart Saturn is placed in Libra which is the ascendant,however

it is retrograde and is at 0 deg to the ascendant which is at 27 deg.

In the seventh house Moon is in conjunctin with Rahu. And debilated

Jupiter in 4th and Mercury in 10th. All these planets make Kendra

yoga with each other.

Can Saturns drishti reduce effect of Moon Rahu conjunction?

Should I strengthen Saturn?
