Guest guest
Elections are currently happening in Indonesia, which has the worlds largest Muslim population and the second largest Hindu population. In the first round of the presidential election 5 candidates contested. It was expected that the current president Megawati will lose very badly because of her high level of corruption. But she is currently getting the second place. According to the costitution of Indonesia the president has to obtain one vote more than 50% in the direct elections. The person who was expected to get the first place General Wiranto has been pushed to no 3. His claim has been that more than 18 million votes which are supposed to be his is not being counted and Megawati and her appointed election commission is planning to declare it invalid. But despite this anotjher General S B Yudhiono has obtained around 35% votes. Megawati has obtained 26% and Wiranto is at 22%. The counting is moving at a snails pace. It is expected that SB Yudhiono and Megawati will now contest for the final round. The question is who will be the president. The birth details are as follows Megawati Date of Birth : 23rd January 1947, Place of Birth: Jakarta, Long: 106.48 East Lat: 6.01 S Time not known. S B Yudhiono Date of birth 9th September 1949 Place of birth : Jakarta Time of Birth : @ 3 pm The Independence details of Indonesia is as follows Date of Independence : 17th August 1945 Time of Independence: 10am Place : Jakarta Megawati is Capricon Rasi and SB Yudhiono is Pisces Rasi. May I request the learned members to have a look at the chart and predict as to who will be the president. I am sure this would be of interest. Guest guest
I have always wanted to experiment with mundane astrology, and have great admiration for individuals like B.V. Raman, K.N. Rao and others who have made successful predictions in this fascinating area. However, as your post exemplifies, the data for most of these are not very good quality. Working with such data using purely astrological principles represents a long and hard work and not something that can be done readily. This has kept me more focused on natal astrology. However, I have heard that horary astrology can often work very accurately when doubtful birth or epoch data makes it hard. I am not sure how sincere your request was but the time of posting of your original query should give signficant clues to one proficient in horary or prashna jyotish. In fact really experienced individuals can work with a mooka prashna kundali and figure out what the question was without it being stated. I assume that in experienced hands, the chart of an epoch would hold the answer to the seriousness and sincerity of a query/querent as well! There is so much to learn in the mysterious field of astrology! Just in case someone likes to tackle this, perhaps you should post your place of posting and time of posting so that the individual can make a prashna chart. is very confusing because it does not post the time zone information. For instance I am posting this at 5:46 PM PDT but the timestamp shows 5:38 PM so it must be recording the time when I began to compose this posting (hey! don't knock me for being a slow typer!). Let us see what time finally gets posted RR , John Aldrich <johnaldrichinc> wrote: > > > > Elections are currently happening in Indonesia, which has the worlds largest Muslim population and the second largest Hindu population. Guest guest
Dear Shri Rohini Ranjanji, The time zone for Indonesia is + 7 hours. Is it possible that we see the horoscope of Indonesia and predict whether there is going to be any change. Regards, John rohiniranjan <rrgb wrote: Bingo! Guest guest
Perhaps, for someone who has experience in that area. Someday, I hope to look into the field of mundane astrology, godwilling.
