Guest guest
Dear Member Please clarify whether Rahu in the tail and ketu in the top would qualify for Kalsarpa Dosa i.e 6th House from Lagna is Rahu and 12th House from Lagna is Ketu , with all the planets between them Paras Dear Surya, Congratulations! The baby does have Kalaamrita yogam. According to the classics, this does give some of the ill effects similar to Kalasarpa yogam, but the key difference is that this will lead him to wisdom (moksha jyanam) at the natural age of Ketu - can't remember exactly what that is now, but it's either 42 or 45. This is what my reference says about this particular combo of the yoga, with Rahu in 7th and Ketu in 1st: This is considered to be a good kalsarpa yoga, if this person is a Politician, Journalist, Writer or a Philosopher, then he will earn name and fame. But this person would not have a good married life. I don't know if you specifically need any remedies. The suggestions I have seen are: 1) Visit the Sree Kalahasti temple. They perform a pooja for kalasarpa. This should be very doable if they are in Vijayawada 2) Devi Mahatyam paaraayanam. An expert in another forum once recommended this, as well as the Durga Sapta Sati. It's quite a coincidence, isn't it, that you were the one that sent me the Durga Sapta Sati in the first place, and now I am recommending this to you? :-) Venkatarama Sreelatha , surya vishnubhotla wrote: > Hello, > > My nephew was born today. Guest guest
Hi Paras, You described Kalaamrita yoga, assuming the other conditions are met (i.e., no planets in Lagna or 7th or conjoining either Ra or Ke) Here is quick way of determining whether the yoga is kalasarpa or kalaamrita. Start with Rahu and proceed in the zodiacal direction, i.e. if Rahu is in Taurus, consider Gemini, then Cancer, then Leo etc. If you encounter all the other planets, and finally encounter Ketu, it is Kala Amrita. If instead, you do not encounter any planets until you encounter Ketu, and after encountering Ketu you find the rest of the planets, it's Kala Sarpa. The logic here is that Rahu represents materialism and Ketu spiritualism. Kalasarpa and Kalaamrita cause the native to be pulled between the two extremes, without other planets balancing out this conflict, since all the planets are on only one side of this axis. Rahu at the end indicates that the native will end this conflict by choosing material pleasures, while Ketu at the end shows that he/she will choose spiritual interests (Amrita). V. Guest guest
Dear Member Male, born on Wednesday, 1980-11-05 Time 14:25:00 at taranagar, Rajasthan India Latitude: 028:41:N / Longitude: 075:02:E Would appreciate receiveing a reply as to whether this native has kalamitra yoga or kala sarpa dosa. request you to kindly add something on the benefics , malefics and remedies for the yoga. Please do spare some time on answering this query. Thanks Paras arama Sreelatha <venkatarama_sastry wrote: Dear Manoshi, No, it's not always in married life. The actual effects of KSY depend on the location of Ra and Ke. I looked up the case you mentioned, and the danger here is in the form of diseases. Basically the effect will be in the area represented by the houses that Ra and Ke occupy. Since this is 6 and 12 in this case, the effects are in the areas of diseases, enemies, litigation, internal enemies(like Kaam, Krodh, Lobha etc.), all indications of the 6th and losses, expenditure, death etc that are indications of the 12th. Some people on this forum have already mentioned this, but let me reiterate - forming conclusions based on just one yoga will NOT give you the full picture. As an illustration, yes, there is Kala sarpa, but look at the powerful 9th in this chart! Three benefics, all in the 9th which is the best house of all, and all in the most benefic house of Jupiter!! So much good fortune promised. And even the disease I mentioned above is not really prominent in the divisional chart, so that may not even come to pass. In addition to the kala sarpa, this person also has so many auspicious yogas like Chandra Guru Sukra yoga, Vipareeta Raaja Yoga, Uttamaadi yoga etc. Plus Sa in his own house in 8th gives longevity, and in general malefics in 8th give enormous vitality, and he has THREE... I could go on, but you get my gist. :-) Sometimes people see one bad combination in their charts and then fixate on that, and fret too much about that one aspect. Hope that clarifies it somewhat. -Sreelatha , "Manoshi" wrote: > Dear Friends, > > I have an example of a chart with kaal sarpa yoga, but there is not > much of problems in his life.
