The dosha gets reduced if 5th lord is strong and well placed. Here as per the information, the moon is gone with saturn (which is in wrong star...rohini), it disrupts the marital life. Few other observations 1) Venus in Krittika, 2) Lagna has 32 bindus compared to 7th that has only 19, 3) Moon in a sign having only 20 bindus in SAV 4) Ketu is with Moon and distance is 6 degrees (implies Moon afflicted by Rahu from 7th sign). 5) Sun in 7th 6) 6th lord aspecting 2nd house 7) 1 zero due to Shani in 12th. If you overlap the husbands chart over wifes chart Rahu and Shani of Male is aspecting Mars of Female. There will be a lot of attraction. On a positive note or if you can call it that , Guru is aspecting Venus and Venus is in punarvasu. As per Girls chart Sun is in 7th house and Venus is in krittika. As per Krushnas Ashtakavarga System (KAS) marriage could have happen in Rahu MD and Shani Antra only and narrowing it down to 2nd sector in Shani antra only. I have not narrowed it down any further. As per Krushnas ayanamsa Shani antra in Rahu Mahadasha starts on 1999/08/23. Cheers !!!
