My time reported as per my parents was 3:33 PM. But by closely examining AD's I rectified till 3:31:58, some seconds difference and there is difference of days coming up. May be, you can try out too. Many chapters in classics and books have been written on that subject and with yours changing in April -- maybe what you are experiencing is a strong varsha kundali overriding dasha, transit and everything else jyotishis can manage to throw at you.
