Guest guest
Thanks Tanvir, another keeper! Ah the joys of hindsight where clarity is always 2020! In addition to your comments, also note that rahu is in the star of mercury which is placed in the 3rd, so seventh from father's house. Note that matrupada is in ascendant in the chart with the 7th pada and upapada (12th pada) in the 3rd house with mercury also placed there, it makes sense that rahu can give the results of mercury essentially activating the 7th and 12th pada from matrupada. Interestingly, in the dwadashamsha chart -- rahu is placed in the 10th house, which is 2nd (family) from 9th (father) and 7th from mother (4th) so represents mother's coming back to family. To novice and pro alike, this remains the enigma of astrology. The pattern is always there, in multiple copies (like the DNA) but which genome will actually be expressed and bear fruit -- that is where the blessings from the Inner Astrologer come in handy. I am sure there must be a brilliant technical way to tease out that information, but when time is of essence, like on a message board response or even in real life the former inner route sure is handier. Now rahu could have represented many other things, pleasant and unpleasant. The sattwic drekkana/vargottamamsha might have helped in dividing the pile of possibilities into two but still there are many possibilities that remain. This is why in a real life reading, it is absolutely important that it be through a dialogue and not a one way communication. Sceptics that always want to put astrology on trial may feel that this is dishonest due to some degree of unavoidable bias, but actually it is not much different from a medical consultation. Without the help of techniques (science) plus ongoing communication with the patient (history, etc) a doctor will not be able to complete his examination and differential diagnosis to arrive at an answer that then would give the key to the right remedy. Astrology is similar as the realm of possibilities are sifted through to get the answer that is the most likely and offers the best guidance to the nativity. Hence, I am not much in favour of internet astrology readings. But, democracy wins, I suppose! Guest guest
Dear Tanvir, Great. Yes the event is really very interesting but it is not getting supported from the natives chart in any way as postmartiem. I hope you are 100% sure of data. Guest guest
Dear Rohiniji, Rahu is placed in star of Mercury and sub of Saturn. Mercury is in 6th house from 9th and Saturn is in 8th house from 9th. Mercury at 6 degree Vigo whereas 3rd house starts at 21 degree Virgo. Anyway you may be right in your postmartiem but to me it appears to be some thing wrong with the data. And yes, I should have also cheched the data before any analysis. Guest guest
It seemed to me at the first moment that it really does not match. But I think (Now) that it is correcrt. Overall the chart matches to the native very well. I will post some other events of his life :-) BTW, he is my first cousin [son of my maternal uncle] and everyone including my mother, knows the data well. My mother is very extra- ordinary even to remember the dates of a very little event, after years of the incident. Everyone as well confirmed the data. True, that if I was not confirmed about the data then even I would suspect it !!! Regards Tanvir. , "Inder" <indervohra2001> wrote: > Dear Tanvir, > Great. Guest guest
Great. Well I take the 10th house for father though :-) You have excellently said - "The pattern is always there, in multiple copies (like the DNA) but which genome will actually be expressed and bear fruit -- that is where the blessings from the Inner Astrologer come in handy."
